Have you ever wanted to be early in a market, capitalize on a new trend [before it's popular] or spot what will be NEXT?

From 2010 when I created my first online course [early adoption] to streaming online starting in 2015 [early adoption] I want to outline the PRO and CON to understanding the risk and reward of acting this way.

If Google tried to launch in 1983 alongside Apple's Lisa - it wouldn't have worked.

Apple wasn't ready for the iPod in 1990. The market is likely UNLIKELY to be receptive to Apple Glasses right now [this of course can change]

But a TRILLION dollar company does not mean that customers are ready for just whatever they make - it has to be MASS adopted.

Likewise, if you're only following trends because everyone else is doing it you are in a position of weakness because you're constantly falling into the overcrowded, oversaturated markets.

You can still grow this way but you need to get creative about the new trends, the new ways, and new tech that can help separate yourself.

Even if the tech can be created - the MARKET and AUDIENCE and CONSUMERS need to also be ready for it.

There is a sweet spot that you want to train your brain to find.

When it comes to your market, your course, what you sell, it could be as common as coffee or tea but there can be new horizons to find.

WHAT I WILL DISCUSS HERE...

-How I used the basics of email marketing and sales between 2008-2010 to sell millions of dollars of real estate easily and why most Real Estate agents EVEN TODAY have HUGE opportunities being late r in adoption

-How the first YouTube videos I made in 2010 took 6 YEARS to make an impact in my market and for me to see any return from it - this is why you want to play the LONG game 

-The [world] first mass-streaming in our market we did in 2015 was so early it's only in 2020 that every man and their dog are now doing it

You don't wait for the perfect time - you make it. [My example inside]

You don't hope great outcomes - you create them. 

Every single day you have so much white space and black spots in your diary that if you're smart enough to use can be where you build your idea, write your book, create your business, edit your content, create ads, brainstorm and the list goes on.

How many times have you put something off only to find yourself never doing the work?

You and I do not get 25-hours in a day. Nor can we work every single hour of a day. Why would you want that anyway?

It's about lifestyle! Where you work and how you work have seriously changed over the years.

Now our job is to leverage time and resources so we can create more, grow income, and serve more people WITHOUT having to kill our souls in the process.

The main difference between producing consistent work over a period of time is more than just scheduling it in your diary [then missing it and feeling bad.]

Discipline and willpower are important but there's actually a stunning amount of free time in between day-to-day activities you can successfully use.

Let me break down how I use "white space" and "black spots" in my day to get astounding amounts of important work done.

Personally, I don't use a diary outside of client appointments, family activities, and important events as I've figured out my own system.

You may need to be very time conscious in the beginning and block every 15-minutes of your day others may simply need to do what I outline in this episode.

Don't be fooled by vanity metrics. A customer of mine put us in his estate will leaving a 5-figure amount to be spent by his other half after he passes on. IMPACT OVER INCOME is the name of the game.

Does he engage on our social media? NO. Does he like, share, comment, NO. Does he love what we do? YES.

IT'S CRAZY...YOU NEVER KNOW WHO IS WATCHING AND WHAT OPPORTUNITIES YOU'RE CREATING FOR YOUR FUTURE.

The initial pain of setting everything up and the steep learning curve is SO worth it if you just stay the course.

It's 2 am. My brain is furry. My eyes feel like sand is in them. So let me try and English through this.

Smashingly big day of delivering on my responsibilities as a dad, husband, business owner, content creator, and future builder.

Over 20 clients to service...boy that can sound wrong. 20 clients to serve and a lot more coming that I need to pave the way for.

On top of that, I build 3 events for next month, edited, uploaded, graphically designed 2 podcasts plus a video into the membership site, cleared my calendar, updated my blog, customized my blog, built better calls to actions for my funnels, had a dad nap, chilled with wifey and kids and brought it to you right now...

CUTAWAY THE DEAD-WOOD, CLEAR A SPACE FOR NEW BEGINNINGS, NEW RESULTS, AND NEW REVENUE.

This brings me to the super, uber importance of clearing a space in your mind, heart, office, systems, business and clear the junk so you can create properly.

The platform you play on you do not own. Get that straight. You need to build your own, controllable universe in which you can connect to your audience without being under the thumb of one of the big-tech companies.

Now, your time is already taken up and outside of having things to do [all the time] you have to make sure you not only fulfill your obligations but you build for the future; don't forget that last part!
