These moments can frequently feel confusing and overwhelming. Often we’re unsure how to balance the competing priorities of careers, church and our own wellbeing.

Jamie and Kath are the lead pastors of Herald Vineyard Liverpool, a recent church plant in Liverpool city centre. Between them they have relocated city five times, taken three jobs, quit three jobs, changed career twice and self-funded their way through three years of theological study. They now spend most of their time pastoring people in their twenties.
