Many of us are facing significant decisions about our future. We’re asking, “What should I do with my life?" "Should I take this job or pass it up?" "Should I stay or move?" These moments can frequently feel confusing and overwhelming. Often we’re unsure how to balance the competing priorities of careers, church and our own wellbeing.

In this seminar, recorded at The Cause to Live For 2021, Jamie & Kath look at the place of our ‘work’ within the wider Kingdom story, sharing personal experiences of making big decisions and unpacking some core questions that can serve as a practical guide for us in these moments.

Jamie and Kath are the lead pastors of Herald Vineyard Liverpool, a recent church plant in Liverpool city centre. Between them they have relocated city five times, taken three jobs, quit three jobs, changed career twice and self-funded their way through three years of theological study. They now spend most of their time pastoring people in their twenties.
