Frida is part of our 5-month money mindset program Business & Dreams Academy.

In the episode, Frida shares some incredible news - she managed to reach her goal just a few months into the program!

In our program we set a big goal. It should be around 2-3 times bigger than any result you have ever accomplished and it should be reached within 5 months.

In the episode, Frida shares that when she set her goal - which was to earn SEK 60 000 and work less - she had absolutely no idea how she would reach it. But through the mindset practices we do in the program and by the support and connection with the other participants, she was able to achieve it in just a few months! Frida shares that she had to double-check her bank account several times to make sure it was true.

Frida promotes health and well-being for women above the age of 40 and we absolutely love that she can now work with her passion while earning more than before and working less.
