During this time we have to think about others, and ask the question, How are you doing? We even have to go beyond ourselves and reach out to others who never seem to check on us. It's a time to reflect, take care of ourselves, and much more.

5. What day am I going to put aside to work…...and go go go…. Decide on a day - stick to it - don’t let people distract you or disrupt your schedule. Learn to say no - I can’t. Be committed to yourself - you will thank you..LOL Also People will began to respect your time (that you set aside), and they will remember when asking you to schedule other events.
