This Studio Summit is all about helping studios that do not have many POC understand things like diversity, Black Lives Matter, POC vs Black people and more. You can take the studio pledge following this as you vow to your community to always be supportive and inclusive.
Facing the harsh reality of racial injustice. We noticed that many studio owners especially studios not owed by women of color are on the chopping block or under attack . Have you stayed silent, have you spoken out, were you attacked or were you supported? Are you confused, not sure what's happening, not sure what to do or feel like no matter what you do it still won't be enough. Did you make a mistake or post something that hurt someone accidentally? Are you sorry, would you like to do all you can to fix it?
Let's talk about what is happening
Let's talk about how to deal
Let's talk about what actions to take as leaders in our community
To watch this as a video and take the pledge go here, it's free of course: https://studiosummit1.eventbrite.com
