There are people who come into your life for a reason or a season, and Pamelia Robinson is one of those people who showed up for me right on time! We've grown our mutual adoration society relationship over the past several years through our involvement with the International Coach Federation (ICF) Pittsburgh board. When I look back at some of the most momentous occasions in my life, from finding love to starting a business, I have always had a coach at my side for the big moments. Coaching has helped me find my voice and has allowed me to use that voice to serve others. This episode defines what coaching means to me, and is a retrospective of the many coaching moments in my life, in order to showcase and illustrate how coaching can shift and elevate personal and professional development.
