From brotherhood to family, sacrifice, peace, and war, this series has covered huge relatable topics.

It's time for MORTAL KOMBAT!!! With the announcement of the upcoming new Mortal Kombat 1 title, I thought it would be a great time to take a look back at the history of the Mortal Kombat franchise. A Live service game is a game that is constantly given new content added after launch and are designed to keep you playing and engaged for a long time. Despite a rough launch in 2017 Destiny 2 continues to be played by thousands around the world. Destiny has always had its dedicated fan base but why? What keeps players coming back? Is it the player vs player experience? The Deep Story? The Incredible challenges accomplished with friends!?

Today we are joined by the incredible Jahson Harris who will be helping us get deep into some of the story behind Destiny 2 and its ever changing competitive meta game. Thanks to the constant updates, players always have to learn and adapt to new strategies and things that come up when the developers make changes. These changes can range from changing guns and abilities to even enemy movements and patters in the games challenges.

Some deep conversations also arise today as Jashson and I talk about these developers who are making and changing or beloved games. Sometimes these developers can get a lot of hate but the truth is these people are just like you and I with friends and families despite what the cooperate overloads might make them do for money. Other topics include enjoying our personal journeys to whatever we want to accomplish and much much more!

Video game remakes and remasters have been all the rage these past couple of years. There have been some highs and some lows but I think its safe to say we now have a couple of titles that should be perfect examples of how to do any remake/remaster moving forward. The most recent example of a remake done to near perfection is the recently released Dead Space remake.

There was a lot to be worried about when this game was first announced because the original Dead Space was such a classic and was just THAT good. Cut scenes and fear factor were both in question as well as would anyone even care about going back into space and dealing with things beyond our imaginations after the release of the lack luster The Callisto Protocol? Would the people behind this remake give it the compassion, time and love that this classic truly deserved?

On this episode of Infinite Weekly we once again have Jake AKA Jaku helping us unpack the greatness that is this Dead Space remake. Music in video games! Every single gamer knows that without music some of these experiences would not be what that they are today; it surprises me however, that this topic is not in a lot of big conversations when it comes to video games. Although it has gotten better over the years music in video games has not been given the limelight it deserves! A lot of people will without a doubt recognize the Super Mario Brothers theme, and almost every single gamer will tell you about Stickerbrush Symphony by the legendary David Wise for Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. What makes a good experience? What makes a good musical or novel or movie or gaming experience? These phenomenon's make us feel all types of things and they take us to all types of places. From the very beginning of mankind's inception its always been about the collective, the community, THE TEAM. Throughout human history we have designed businesses, sports, and education systems around the fact of THE TEAM. People have fought through wars, saved lives, built foundations and monuments using the power of THE TEAM; simply put, as the human race we would not be who and where we are now if it wasn't for working together. In the video game world there are tons of examples and games that gathers individuals together to take on projects, to take on goals, to take on others in hard tough battles for victory but no game does this better than Overwatch.

Nostalgia always hits hard for us kids born in the 90s, but nothing hits harder than the sounds of our favorite cartoons and anime’s that used to start playing at 5PM EST on Cartoon Network. You guys know the ones.... Dragonball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, Sailer Moon, just to name a few! Running home after school to catch the line up of these shows was a well known ritual that single handedly glued millions around the world to their tv screens.

While most of us enjoyed episodes of these amazing adventures and battles in the comfort of our homes a lot of us also, experienced terrible episodes and battles in school that we couldn’t handle or understand. On today’s episode of Infinite Lives and Games we sit down and speak with a very knowledgeable individual by the name of Elvis Salgado who takes us threw his elementary and middle school years as he was bullied, and came to learn and understand social cues as a growing young adult.
