Sankalpa-Heart Desire

Sankalpa-Heart Desire

In this Mediation, I Invite you to attune to your Sankalpa. Sankalpa is the Sanskrit word for intention, vow, commitment. San means ‘to become one with, born from the heart’ and kalpa means ‘unfolding over time’.

We can use a Sankalpa as a way to set an intention, to connect with our heart’s deepest desire, that provides meaning, purpose and value to our life. It’s an expression of our essential nature.

As we rest in this quality of well being it helps us hold these experiences as they are with warmth, compassion and security.

Warm welcome, In this Meditation, I invite you to feel into the least amount of effort needed to stay present, awake and aware, while simultaneously soften and resting back into our direct experience.

Resting as the open space where our changing activities of life spontaneously come and go, without preference or pull towards a particular movement, helps us be more welcoming to the moment as it is.

Quietness Within

In this meditation, we turn our attention inwardly and sense a quietness that is part of our own being. Gathering all attention and anchoring into this space and resting here for a few moments doing nothing, letting all effort drop away.

Grounded Presence

Grounded Presence

In this Meditation we turn our attention to one of the foundations of a meditation practice and that is the body.

When we attune to the body, the physical body (earth body) and the subtle body (energy body) it helps ground the mind.
The body can only be experienced in the here and now, we can only sense the sensations of the body in the present moment.

The mind can be naturally flighty, sending us into pasts memories or future thoughts. But when we invite attention into the body, this enables the mind to ground and settle, and we are able to anchor and rest into a direct and present experience. Enjoy Love Victoria x

In this Meditation we invite our awareness into the heart space. Recognising a quietness/stillness that is always here and allowing ourselves to rest back into this space. Welcoming Space

Welcoming Space

One of the practices we can do in Meditation is to open into a welcoming space, a welcoming space for all our experiences to naturally flow, not stopping anything. Just like a river flowing, letting the water have it own unbroken movement not to build a dam to control it.

So the invitation is to welcome all the coming and goings of our experience, everything is welcome in this vast open space. In welcoming we allow life just as it is, not trying to change or fix anything, we are not turning away, with compassion we are intermittently meeting the moment just as it is. All the while having that sense of stepping back and resting into this already present quiet space, and letting the moment unfold with ease.

Witnessing Presence

Witnessing Presence

In this Meditation we are invited to rest back into a quietness/stillness that is part of our being. A stillness that is continuously present, unchanging no matter what we are experiencing.
When we can settle back as a witnessing presence to our ever changing, shifting, flowing experience and allowing the moment to be just as it is, we may sense a settling or space in the body/mind. Enjoy the Meditation, love Victoria x

Meditation: Let everything be just as it is

In this Meditation i would like to invite you to notice the effect on the body and mind when we let everything be just as it is.
What is the felt sense when we welcome in the moment just as it is, without changing or fixing anything, not trying to create a state that we think we should be experiencing, no agenda. We may meet tension, relaxation, resistance, sadness, happiness, noise, quietude the list goes on...In the Meditation we will sense into our outer and inner space, lightly noticing our continuous flow of experiences. Intimately meeting the moment as it unfolds moment to moment. Love Victoria x
