BE GRATEFUL FOR LIFE
Sometimes it's tough to take a moment to express how grateful you are for life's blessings. All too often, there are never enough minutes in the day for all of your obligations, from family and friends to work.
How often do you pause to appreciate what you have in life?
Happy listening
THANK YOU DAD.
Conveying gratitude, respect and love when saying this simple words “Thank You dad” to your father goes a long way. The sacrifices they make, and the worry fathers harbor for your sake should never be allowed to go unnoticed.
SEND A THANK YOU TO SOMEONE WHO INSPIRED YOU.
Who do you admire? Who inspires you to get after life, to be better at what you do? Let them know! Maybe this is a good friend, or perhaps it’s someone you follow from afar. Whatever the case, send them a little love today.
GIVE THANKS TO SOMEONE YOU LOVE
Gratitude is important because it enhances a relationship, Not only does research show that expressing gratitude makes people feel happier in general (which itself can have a positive relationship impact), but it has been shown to lead to longer lasting and more committed relationships.
Happy Listening.
GIVE THANKS TO A STRANGER.
Ralph Marston said “Make it a habit to tell people, ‘thank you.’ To express your appreciation sincerely and without the expectation of anything in return. Truly appreciate those around you, and you’ll soon find many others around you. Truly appreciate life, and you’ll find that you have more of it.”
Think about a time a complete stranger did something nice for you — perhaps they greeted you as you walked past them on your morning walk, maybe they let you in front of them in the grocery line, or picked something up for you that you dropped on the street.
Think of a time you told someone how grateful you were for their help, support or even just for being in your life.
How did that moment make you and that person feel?
THANK YOU MOM.
Being a mother is not an easy task at all! In this modern world, a mother needs superhero powers to balance home and work, as that is indeed a tough job!
Moms deserve to know that their compromises and hard works are appreciated by the family members, especially by their children! They are often our biggest cheerleaders and most supportive friends.
There is no end to the things one should be thankful towards his mother for, but a nice Thank you mom message goes a long way!
COMPLAIN ABOUT NOTHING FOR A DAY.
Research shows that habitual complaining affects us mentally, emotionally, and physically. Such behavior may cause or worsen stress, sapping our energy and desire to pursue our dreams.
But the act of giving thanks has become a well-respected means for creating a happier life. Scientists have found that the habit of gratitude can reduce the symptoms of depression, increase well-being and make for an all-around happier person.
GIVE THANKS TO YOURSELF WITH A GIFT.
Give yourself a gift, not get yourself a gift.
BE GRATEFUL THROUGH HARD TIMES.
When you’re going through hard times, practicing gratitude can feel more like a mandatory exercise than a genuine act. I mean, when you suffer excruciating pain every day, struggle to make ends meet, or are grieving the loss of a loved one, it’s hard to feel grateful for the things that are going well.
This episode helps you appreciate everything you have been through to get to where you are currently and who you have become as a result of all the hard times you have faced that have shaped you.
Enjoy and do well to leave a comment for me.
BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE.
As humans, we tend to get caught up wishing for things that we don’t have, and comparing ourselves to others. This can be harmful to our peace of mind and leave us unsatisfied and unfulfilled.
When you find yourself focusing on the challenges in your life, or how far you have to go to reach a goal, take a moment to change your focus.
Think about how far you have come, what you are capable of, and what you have in your life right now.
BE GRATEFUL FOR WHO YOU ARE.
What do you do when you appreciate someone for what they have done?
How many times do we say “thank you” to ourselves? How many times do we give thanks to our bodies for functioning properly? Not many times I guess.
It’s not always easy to show up to life. We don’t always stop to examine just how much effort we put forth in everyday living.
One way to value yourself more is to be grateful for everything you do.
EXPRESS GRATITUDE EVERYDAY.
Developing a gratitude practice of acknowledging what you’re grateful for or appreciate every day, will expand the value of the things you are grateful for.
Developing a gratitude practice may seem strange or difficult at first. After a few days, it gets easier to identify and express gratitude for the things you’re grateful for.
Challenge for today.
Show gratitude for everything that happened and will happen today, write it down in your gratitude journal.
Do well to share what you are grateful for today with me in the comment section, I look forward to hearing from you.
ONE THING YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR
Having lists of things to be grateful for helps remind us just how many good things we have in our lives. This is especially important during times where it feels like many things are going wrong.
Challenge for today.
1. Out of your gratitude journal consisting of the things you are grateful for, pick one out and be grateful for that today and make it your confession today.
Do well to share the one thing you are grateful for today and your experience with me in the comment section.
COMMIT TO GRATITUDE
Many of us express gratitude by saying “thank you” to someone who has helped us or given us a gift. From a scientific perspective, however, gratitude is not just an action: it is also a positive emotion that serves a biological purpose.
Challenge for today.
1. Make a decision today to always be grateful for everything and always write what you are grateful for in your journal.
2. Sit back and write out everything you can remember that you are grateful for including all experiences in your gratitude journal and you will be amazed by what you have and have achieved.
Do well to share your experience with me in the comment section.
A 14-DAY GRATITUDE CHALLENGE
Gratitude is such a powerful emotion, one that can make your life better in so many ways. It can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.
As we come to the end of the year, we need to take out time to reflect on the past months and be grateful for such an interesting year.
So do well to join me on this challenge.

6 REASONS SETTING GOALS IS IMPORTANT
THE 5 GOLDEN RULES OF GOAL-SETTING.
Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality. The process of setting goals helps you choose where you want to go in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where you have to concentrate your efforts. You'll also quickly spot the distractions that can, so easily, lead you astray.

8 WAYS SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE MASTER RESILIENCE.
Resilience is an amazing skill that helps us recover quickly from difficulties. If you are resilient, you have an innate ability to keep getting up when life knocks you down. You have learned how to bounce back and keep going.
We build our resilience by learning to cope with challenges -- it’s a process of adapting well in the face of trauma, tragedy or significant stress. Basically, you have to get knocked down in order to learn how to pick yourself back up.
Over time, successful people learn not only how to overcome, but to embrace these challenges. They understand that each crisis they face is a chance to learn and grow.
Resilience is an important skill to master in order to be successful for the long haul.

EXTRAORDINARY PRODUCTIVITY: 5 Ways to be more productive daily
Productivity is a measure of the efficiency of a person completing a task. We often assume that productivity means getting more things done each day. Wrong. Productivity is getting important things done consistently. And no matter what you are working on, there are only a few things that are truly important. Being productive is about maintaining a steady, average speed on a few things, not maximum speed on everything.
10 WAYS TO DEVELOP A GROWTH MINDSET
Mindset is the key element that determines whether a person is going to fail or succeed in life. Your life is created by the choices you make every single day. If you choose to develop a growth mindset, it will lead you to success, wealth, and great fortune.
YOU AND YOUR MINDSET
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to shine in any sphere in which they choose to exert themselves, and others cannot manage even a glimmer despite obvious talents? Research shows that it’s the way that we think about ourselves and our ability that really counts. Who you are today, and what you have achieved so far is a result of your MINDSET, Because our mind is our production room.
BEFORE YOU QUIT TRY AGAIN
DEALING WITH FEAR AND ANXIETY
Fear is a normal reaction that warns our bodies to be careful. Anxiety is a type of fear, dealing more with worry and the future, rather than fearing something that is present.
When fear and anxiety become a pattern in our lives, they become a problem. If your plugged drain in the kitchen sink is a problem, do you ignore it? Of course not. You call a plumber or try to fix it yourself.
When fearfulness causes harm to your physical and mental stability, and you find yourself avoiding things that might create more fear, don’t ignore it. When anxiety becomes a debilitating thing that leaves you cowering and sick, don’t try to push it away.
Rather, we should face it. Trying to avoid our fears will only prevent us from moving forward and achieving our objectives and becoming successful.
