David and I met at Burning Man 2019 and we reflect on the journeys that took us there, and how the experience helped reflect on important transformations we have been going through as individuals. Challenges and tragedy are part of our human experiences - we discuss how we change ourselves and our outlook towards life to live more meaningful, fulfilled lives.

Christa shares her journey through life, from becoming successful in Miami's nightlife businesses to training to be a pilot - with becoming a flight attendant in between. Hers is a story of seeking out new challenges, not accepting the status quo, and projecting one's energies towards a defined goal.

Natty has a fascinating background. His passion to make organizations a better place for people originates from his own experience in the Israeli Defence Forces. He had to learn quickly how to make decisions by himself and within his closest team members - in dangerous situations without any possibility of contacting the "higher-ups" for decision-making advice. Parallels can be drawn to theories of complex adaptive systems and even chaos theory.

Chris and I reflect on how we met and what has been going on in our lives since then (2019). Chris has a private pilot's license and we explore how and why he followed this passion to fly planes. We also reflect on our German roots and a number of other topics around politics, heritage and current events.

This involves reflecting on the past, finding your place in the world - and also what roles the "classic" masculine and feminine attributes or traits play in our journeys. Pete Hall is a serial entrepreneur and firefighter originally from New Jersey - now a resident of Medellin, Colombia. We recorded this episode last October in Frankfurt, Germany.

Pete shares his story of how he discovered his love for starting and running several businesses in parallel. He is a member of Dynamite Circle, a community of location independent entrepreneurs.

His is an inspiring story to people dreaming of starting a business or being self-employed, and managing this business remotely.

Rick talks about different phases of his life, and challenges, through which he has developed insights and techniques that make him happier in his life - because he is today able to appreciate every moment, and appreciate himself both mentally and physically.

Galestian shares the story of how he discovered his passion for electronic music. From his experiences in growing up in a family focused on classical music, to his first tastes of electronic music through the internet, his is a story of hard work and discipline, but also exploration. Exploration in music, and exploration of the world - Arthur has lived in America, Asia and now Europe (Berlin).

Dragana explains how she learned to be more true to herself, and honest with others, and how this has enabled her to have much more fulfilling and happy relationships. She experienced many struggles around finding her path, and her openness is truly inspiring.
