Hi lovess, I know it been a while but I finally feel okay enough to talk about life. In today episode, I talk about losing best friends but slowly gaining myself back. I also mention an accomplished I received that triggered my feeling of missing old friends. I know the world can feel lonely, especially with losing friendship, but I’m here to remind you that you never are lone. Keep loving yourself, honoring yourself and picking yourself. Putting Myself First
Hey love, this episode is a bit on the emotional side if I am being honest. Even editing this it made me cry again but honestly I am proud of myself and the growth I have made. I talk about a current situation I am in and how I finally made the step of putting myself first. I open up about how it can be a struggle with putting yourself first and the guilt you may carry.
