In this episode, I will talk about a handy french expression using the word BOL (as in bowl).... avoir du bol (j'ai du bol) Vs ne pas avoir de bol (je n'ai pas de bol),  actually it means something like: I have luck Vs I have no luck! Interesting.....intéressant....but why a bowl? what is the connection you may ask between a bowl and to be lucky, take a guess.... the answer lies in today's podcast! And as cooking is involved I will take you on a little trip to France and tell you the true story of Julia Child, an american woman, recognized for bringing French cuisine to the American's home kitchen in the 60's!
