Today's episode is a short meditation to help you focus on the things you want. Meditation is a learned skill, and with that being said many people have a hard time being able to stop and focus.

As a work at home mom, I get a lot of questions on how I can be so happy and stress-free while having 3 kids, 4 dogs, a husband, and running two businesses. The answer is I have learned to meditate. Once I was able to focus my thoughts and desires, everything changed. I was no longer stressed out and angry, I was able to focus and be present in the moment. I want to show you how you can achieve this same inner peace!
