I have found that one of the side effects of taking antidepressants is that I gain too much weight, so my wife and I have decided to try some new portion control boxes. They help you to regulate your portions and hopefully lose weight as a result.

Everything is Bad For You
If you use a lot of social media, you will see that there are always new studies showing something is bad or good for you. What was bad for you last year, is now good for you, and vice versa.
In fact, I think the truth is somewhere in the middle, in moderation, and taking all these studies and news articles with a pinch of salt.

Mental Health is a Minefield
Recently, I have found the world of mental health on social media and the press to be a minefield. So many people are now trying to divide others and try to exert their own opinions on the subject, that we have lost the message. We need to help raise awareness and end mental health stigma, rather than try to focus so much on terminology.
