Sheldon Universe - Conversations with Artists
Sheldon Universe - Conversations with Artists
In this episode of "Conversations with Artists" Sheldon and I chat about many impactful moments in our careers that have continued to inspire us to this day to keep doing what we do. We also talk about Mental Health and healthy ways we can navigate the difficult moments in our lives.    Sheldon De Souza  Professionally known as Sheldon Universe is a self-driven Singer Songwriter, Multi-instrumentalist, Producer and Show Creator from Mississauga. He has performed on international tours, cruise ships, made appearances on tv, partnered with Troy Sexton from STOMP, featured on YTV, CBC, and the Toronto Raptors: working with first nations communities, kids in youth prisons, persons with disabilities, visiting over 300 schools across Canada reaching as high as the arctic circle.   Sheldon is currently promoting his song Poor Boy airing on radio stations.                                                                 Thank you for the support from Flow 98.7, Z103.5, Sam McDadi, Chris DeSouza Mortgages, Paradise Realty, Dr. Narang and Smile by Design, Dr. Kevin Saldanha Creditview Animal and Bird Hospital, GTA Exotics,  Karim of Toronto Waterfront Magazine and International Peace Festival and Denis (pronounced "Dennis") and Valerie from the Have a Heart Club Foundation. Thank you as well to all the volunteers, staff of City of Mississauga and to all of you who support live music.  Peace and Mental Health are important to Sheldon because he is torn seeing gun violence and murders in our own neighborhoods and seeing people close to him including himself dealing with anxiety, depression, and addiction and it affecting not only themselves but the people around them.   More about Sheldon Universe at: and
