Warrior Dads Podcast

By Jim Burdumy

Being a Dad isn’t always easy, but it's the best thing I ever did. I’m constantly improving myself to be the best Dad I can be through fitness, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle. As father’s we pass on many things to our children such as our mindset, our habits, our attitude and what we’ve learned along the way. Each of these will shape who our children are and who they will become.

The Warrior Dads mission is to help you become the healthiest version of yourself, hone your edge, and live with purpose. That means talking about mindset, fitness, nutrition, parenting, and personal protection.

Episode 47 - To Hell And Back with Sean Clayton

Episode 47 - To Hell And Back with Sean Clayton

You absolutely don’t want to miss this interview with Sean Clayton. This is a truly inspiring story that starts off right from the beginning.  Sean is a husband, a father 2 daughters, an OEF Army Veteran, an American Ninja Warrior National Finalist, and a semi-pro obstacle course racer. He’s got an amazing story and is a prime example that anyone can turn their life around and become successful.

Seans Mom was murdered when he was 14. He ran away from home, the state took custody of him, he wasn’t allowed in South Carolina public schools, he got involved with a gang, and started doing drugs. He got sent to military school, where he got kicked out of. He dropped out of high school and enrolled in the Army, still drinking heavily and dealing with the deaths of friends. He got arrested quite a few times for underage drinking and fighting, but he got sober in 2009. He found faith, turned his life around, had a family, and is accomplishing amazing things.

Episode 31 - Unschooling Kids The Right Way with Ben Greenfield

In this episode I have the pleasure of speaking with Ben Greenfield. Today Ben and I get into how he’s raising his kids without “school”. He talks about how he gave his kids the option to leave school at 6th grade to learn real world skills from building things, chemistry sets, traveling and more. This episode will definitely make you think about your child’s education in a different light.

In 2013 and 2014, Ben was named as one of the world’s top 100 most influential people in health and fitness. Whether you want to become the complete mental athlete with a flawless brain and nervous system, attain an ideal human body that fires on all cylinders from performance to beauty to hormones and beyond, or achieve true and lasting health, happiness, and longevity, Ben combines intense time-in-the-trenches with ancestral wisdom and modern science to make your dreams a reality.

As founder and CEO of Kion, Ben now creates step-by-step solutions – from supplements and fitness gear, to coaching and consulting, to education and media – for the world’s hard-charging, high-achievers to live a truly limitless life with fully optimized minds, bodies and spirits – all from his quiet home on 10 acres in the forested wilderness of Washington state.

Episode 25 - Determination and Never Compromise with Anthony Johnson

In today's episode I'm talking with Anthony Johnson.

Today Anthony and I get into how and why he started 21 Studios and The 21 Convention along with his determination to push through so many challenges he faced, including a crazy marriage story he shares with me that sounds like something from the movie The Hangover.

Anthony is the CEO, founder, and architect of The 21 Convention and 21 Studios, as well the Co-Founder of the Red Man Group, Anthony Dream Johnson is the leading force behind the world’s first and only “panorama event for life on earth as a man”. He has been featured on WGN Chicago, and in the New York Times #1 best seller The Four Hour Work Week. His stated purpose for the work he does is “the actualization of the ideal man”, a purpose that has led him to found and host The 21 Convention across 4 countries over a 12-year time period. The mission of The 21 Studios is to create positive media for men and destroy the feminist establishment.
