The title and the substance contained throughout this course was channeled in 4 hours before this class started.   We were preparing to introduce a NEW Meditation, “A Restored Relationship with Your Little You,” however, the Little Ones stepped aside so the Galactic Federation could lay out some much needed CLEARity on what needs to be done and inner stood right now for your Souls’s ongoing success here in Earth School.  

Spirit was clear a foundation needed to be laid for our Loved1Z to see the importance of all of us FIRST identifying where we are in The Game Of SIN, in the map of LIFE… many to soon realize they are no where near where they thought they were. 😳

This is a meditation for parent(s) to do with their child(ren) and it can be anytime, anywhere, with or without your child.  That’s the beauty and power of this meditation.

Designed ages 0-9 And so with that, lets meditate as a Family.

Just make sure each party is comfortable and your children have your undivided attention during the whole meditation, being sure to engage questions to activate your child's imagination, relaxation, and connection….and then provide the space for your Little Ones to speak.  Just show up, Spirit and your children will have the rest.

This meditation is designed to teach you how to breathe mindfully, one breath at a time, and then use your soulful/spiritual eyes to scan your body for places you need to release and relax. You will want to do this meditation when you are feeling anxious, tense, or experiencing a lot of stress. It’s ideal to do before bed or anytime you are feeling out of balance in your life.

This meditation is designed for when you feel you have a lot of negative or toxic energy in your body and it can be done by itself or in conjunction with Meditation #1.  Using your breath you will direct white light to areas that have pain, discomfort, or hold energy that you wish to bring healing and love.  A very powerful meditation to do in the bath or anytime you feel you have picked up or attached to any dirty or negative energy.
