#54 - Using Acupuncture as a Tool To Restore Health and Hormone Balance with Jeannie Bianchi LAc

#54 - Using Acupuncture as a Tool To Restore Health and Hormone Balance with Jeannie Bianchi LAc

Did you know that acupuncture can help you balance your hormones, increase your fertility and restore your health?

During this interview, Jeannie discusses the basics of acupuncture and how it can help improve digestion and balance your hormones.

Jeannie Bianchi specializes in women’s health, fertility, digestive health, and autoimmune support. For over 15 years, Jeannie has helped women balance their reproductive systems and couples to obtain and maintain healthy pregnancies—naturally or alongside assisted technologies like IVF.

Jeannie’s work with patients who are wrestling with digestive and autoimmune conditions is informed by her own journey to wellness. For more than a decade, she struggled with fatigue, bloating and anemia. Finally, she was diagnosed with both Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune condition, and a lesser-known condition called eosinophilic esophagitis, which her doctors told her “would only get worse” (direct quote!).

Unwilling to accept this prognosis, Jeannie dug deep into the digestive-immune overlap. Drawing upon her training and new research, she was able to bring her health back through a combination of nutrition, supplements, herbs, meditation, acupuncture, and bodywork. One of her greatest joys to be able to help other patients suffering from autoimmune and digestive conditions to know that healing is possible and help them navigate a path to get there.

When not in the clinic, Jeannie enjoys exploring the world through the eyes of her two sons, spending time in nature, and singing.

Kimberly White the founder of Victory Over Loss is a grief and loss coach.  She helps people who are suffering from the effects of losing a loved one.   She connects with them in an empathetic way and listens to their powerful stories of love and loss.

Do you allow obstacles to hold you back from achieving your goals? If so, this interview is for you.

Angelina talks about how she used the obstacles life threw her way to help her achieve her goals and pursue her God given purpose.

Angelina worked hard to change the trajectory of her life. She went from being a statistic to a success story. She was raised in the projects in Liberty City with a single mom and two sisters. She’s overcome a heartbreak five years ago and recently recovering from a tumor in her face the size of a baseball.

Even though the odds were stacked against her, she was determined not to allow conditions to stop her from achieving her goals and using her pain towards purpose. She was determined to face her fears and tears, and step into her mission.

This year, Angelina launched Shefixescrowns.com, where she teaches women how to go from mediocre to excellence in every area of their life. Her vision is to empower women how to leave a legacy for generations to come. She teaches women by using her experiences and methods she applied to become a boss babe. Because of her faith, obedience, hard work, and dedication, she was able to turn her storms into blessings. She achieved her success by walking the talk. Angelina is the face of success. Instead of focusing on fear, pain, and the difficult days, she decided to endure and focus on the promise.

#37 - Prioritizing Self Care with Sandra Foreman Founder of the Spa in Me, LLC

Are you a busy mom or a professional women with a career? Do you feel guilty taking time for yourself? If so, this interview with Sandra Foreman, the founder of The Spa In Me  is for you.  Sandra created the Spa In Me as a way to help busy women create space for self care.

Sandra Foreman is a wife, mother, and lawyer who has practiced law in Texas  since February 1996. Slowly, after practicing law for a number of years,

Sandra started to experience  burnout and fatigue. She sought new meaning in her life. Sandra started to change her lifestyle in order to better manage her stress. She stopped working weekends and long hours. She limited the number of pro bono cases that she accepted each year. She strives to live a well-rounded life, has obtained yoga teacher certification  from Yoga Yoga, in Austin, Texas, and health coaching certification from the Health Coach Institute. She is a first place Masters Bikini Winner, and a second place novice winner, in a bodybuilding competition sponsored by the Naturally Fit Federation in Austin,  Texas.

After years of deep soul searching and self-discovery, Sandra determined that  her new purpose in life is to help other women acknowledge their worth in making self-care an ongoing practice as opposed to an occasional indulgence.
.
She recently founded The Spa in Me, LLC, which plans an annual retreat for women.  The next retreat is scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 8 am - 5 pm, at McKinney Roughs Nature Center in Cedar Creek, Texas. The Rest, Reset, and Restore Retreat offers women the opportunity to find peace and joy in the midst of a stressed, chaotic  life.

This day long retreat will teach busy women how to journal, meditate, and find  tools to love themselves first. The goal is to create compassionate communities where attendees find a refreshed spirit, and, most importantly, have fun!

This summer, The Spa in Me, LLC, will expand to offer a self care boutique with  products to help women reset and relax in their own home.

#35 - The Power of Probiotics with Ellie Trinh the Founder of Skin Probiotics

#35 - The Power of Probiotics with Ellie Trinh the Founder of Skin Probiotics

Did you know that your skin has its own microbiome that helps keep it healthy?  Ellie Trinh is the founder of Skin Probiotics a skin care product with live bacteria, (unlike a majority of the other probiotic skin care products on the market).

Ellie Hang Trinh is the  founder and formulator of Skin Probiotics.

As a trained scientist and attorney, I approach every problem looking for its root cause or causes. The problem that spurred me to develop our patent pending Skin Probiotics was my young children’s eczema and milk allergy.  I had to find and eliminate the cause of their discomfort, not just prohibit them from enjoying life and subject them to treatments and diets to keep the symptoms from making them miserable.

After 9 years of research and running a raw dairy farm and farm store which served thousands of Houstonians in Texas, my husband and I unraveled the root causes of most modern ailments and discovered how to restore the body’s ability to function properly so that disease symptoms disappeared and clients no longer needed conventional or alternative treatments.

So, our patent pending Skin Probiotics was born.  It helps patients’ skin balance and repair itself.  Within a short time of use, the skin's microbiome becomes healthy and resilient and thus free of acne, eczema, premature aging and inflammation.

During this interview we  talk about:

The role probiotics play in our skin and digestive health

The best and cheapest way to get probiotics into you diet

What is really in probiotic pills and powders?

Questions to ask your local farmer

What is really in your pets food?

The importance of staying hydrated

The importance of emotions in skin and over all health

The importance of emotions in skin and over all health our skin microbiome

and more..

Don't forget the coupon code that will get you 20% off of your order.
