Time. It is possibly the most valuable thing we have.

Time cannot be hoarded, acquired, won, or purchased with hard labor, money, dignity, or our spirit, unlike prized diamonds, precious metals, and other prized commodities. Whether or not we choose to give it meaning, it will still pass away. As the phrase goes, use it or lose it.

We occasionally behave as though we are unaware of the finite nature of our lives inside the time-space continuum. When we talk about how we pass the limited number of hours in each day, we use words like spend, kill, or waste. One of the keys to staying organized is to manage your time effectively and properly. You'll undoubtedly have more time for yourself when you incorporate a few wise rules into your daily schedule. Make sure to do something admirable and charitable that you genuinely enjoy. You truly merit it!

How can you transform a sense of hopelessness into optimism?

How do you go from wanting to give up to choosing to give it another shot?

The notion that you will one day feel better again seems far-fetched when you are in a state of feeling like giving up on life.

When we experience challenging periods in our lives, it might feel as though we are trapped in our suffering. When you promise to keep trying even if you don't yet know what success will look like, that's when hope begins to appear. Faith is a promise that, no matter what, you will eventually be alright.

It is the knowledge that, despite your current suffering, the cosmos, God, or higher self has your best interests at heart and that you are immensely loved and protected. Ask your inner critic for advice.

Don't make analogies.

Recognize the happy times.

Keep a gratitude journal handy.

Faith serves as a continual reminder that difficult times will pass and you are not meant to suffer.

One must also give up the solace of pessimism and decide once more to push through the discomfort of low emotions in the hopes of succeeding.

I've come to realize that we can change that in a lot of ways as well. Our self-esteem can surge once we start to feel at ease in our own skin. Remember that having a healthy sense of self-worth requires accepting oneself, flaws and all. It appreciates the value and worth that our talents and qualities provide to the world. When we make significant advancements in our own growth, especially in codependent relationships, it is very normal to encounter resistance from others. We need to be willing to let go of those who don't encourage our emotional development. If breaking up is not the best course of action, we can continue to be aware of our own problems as opposed to theirs. In fact, some people might be positive and upbeat and use your development as an example for their own. Think about what you require each day to feel both physically and mentally your best. You can't perform to your maximum ability if you don't take care of your health.

In addition to reflecting our thoughts, our words also help to shape them, and our thoughts help to influence the way our brains are physically organized. In order to effectively connect with others, we must make an effort to comprehend their reality, which, despite the fact that we may sometimes speak the same language, may nevertheless seem quite foreign to us owing to our different experiences, circumstances, and values. Although we may be free to express ourselves however we like, should we? What happens when we accidentally injure someone else with our words? We can become more optimistic and bring more balance to our surroundings by educating ourselves, expanding our minds with a deeper understanding of other cultures, beliefs, languages, and people, as well as with prayerful discernment. Our words are never cheap when they are involved. Our minds and hearts are where the journey of love always starts.

Being an adult is challenging, and there are times when we simply can't help but feel as though we are drowning in obligations, stress, and concern. When that occurs, a few encouraging words can be all it takes to make us smile again and reassure us that things will get better eventually.

God occasionally invites us to a seat in order to refresh, renew, and restore us. It's not that the season is wrong; just that excellent things take time to really take off. And that's all right. We're OK. We remain precious and cherished. Accept the stage of life you're in and enjoy it! If you're in a period of winter relaxation, take it easy and don't feel bad about it. Care for your budging blooms if it's spring. Is it summertime where you are? Show off and give God all the glory after.

We all experience times in life when we feel defeated and ask, "Why is this happening to me?" Life can be difficult. It is simple to get stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, woe is me, or feeling like you just can't win. However, if we look at our lives through the prism of what isn't working, we may gather a lot of data to support those claims over the course of our lives.

It will seem forced, unnatural, and downright silly when you first start this journey, but the more you practice it and push through those feelings, the more natural it gets. Change will start when the habit of self-doubt is eventually replaced by new, healthier habits that enhance self-belief. You are not only changing your inner conversation, but also your attention, and since our minds expand what we focus on, this opens our eyes to seeing the world from a different perspective. You perceive what you think is real. What you see will depend on whether you think it's bad or good.

Ironically, those who strive for perfection in all aspects of their lives often need to practice self-care. One is reenergized and inspired to work more effectively when they practice self-care. Taking care of ourselves makes us more confident and drives us to improve. The forecast for the future is bright.
People often adore their lives and jobs. People who always strive for perfection run a higher risk of developing both mental and physical illnesses. Self-compassion could therefore help us escape this hold. Self-love enables one to cherish one's sentiments and realize one's strengths.

When the vision doesn't arrive right away, try not to get discouraged. Even if it can take a while, be patient—it will happen. Take a risk and accomplish something fantastic. Nobody intends for life to be difficult. Suffering or storms are never requested. Nobody wants to navigate their way through raging torrents of grief, rejection, and hurt or struggle to emerge from the gloom of uncertainty. But if we have lived long enough, we know that this is true. Life includes everything.

Maybe that is why God often emphasizes in His word that difficulties are a necessary part of our journey. Because of it, we become more resilient, stronger, and more religious. He instructs us to "carry on rejoicing" despite our difficulties instead of being astonished by them. Because the individual who eventually emerges from the storm will be distinct from the person who entered. We can rest convinced that God works within us for our strength, to develop deeper character and faith, and to help us prevail.

Although a lot of individuals may feel that way, the truth is that a lot of us live with the attitude, "I'm too stressed to be blessed," At the end of the day, we discover that we are unable to recall any of the beauty in our life because we have rushed through our overly-scheduled days with undernourished bodies and spirits. There are long-term effects to this. Continuous stress is not a good thing, despite the fact that it is so widespread that we have started to accept it as usual. Stop worrying and start living life. The minute we separate our worries from life, the easier it becomes to gain control of our lives and start to believe in the process more.

Most people feel anxious from time to time, but it tends to be a problem if the worry is out of proportion to the stressful situation, persists when the stress is over, or occurs when there isn't an obviously stressful situation.


There will always be periods of life that are more challenging than others. We don't have control of that, but we can choose to respond to a difficult situation in a more helpful way.

Instead of focusing on what could go wrong, think about what could go right.

people will say one thing and do another; the phrase actions speak louder than words means that people are more likely to believe what you do rather than what you say,

It is much easier to lie with your words than with your actions, because what you do correlates more with what you want and what you believe. You can say anything without strongly believing in it.


There are meanings to the phrase, “actions speak louder than words” :

✈️ what you do carries more weight than what you say

✈️ doing is better than just speaking

✈️ your actions are more significant than your words

✈️ better to do something rather than just talk


Actions often speak more truthfully than words. When you see a gap between your words, thoughts and your actions, trust the actions, not the words.


The true goal of people’s behavior is not the declared or stated outcome, but the actual one. To understand others and ourselves better, we are advised to use behavior as our guide.

Knowing your boundaries is the first step to unlocking your self-worth.

Knowing this can increase your awareness of your boundaries in line with your spiritual worth, intellectual worth, physical worth, social worth, and emotional worth. You are entitled to think your thoughts and own your opinions. You are entitled to your personal space.

Are you a highly sensitive person?

Do you consider yourself a deep thinker and feel things much more intensely than others?

There are certain instances in life, where sensitive people can only understand.

Highly sensitive people are usually more perceptive, empathetic and very self-aware than others.

They often suffer from the problem of frequent emotional exhaustion. Sometimes, being emotionally sensitive help them to get advantages that may not get in a normal stage.
Sensitivity often allows you the ability to cope with difficult situations, deal with stress, and overcome the odds.

Sensitivity is often seen as a weakness in our culture.

We often show our feelings, both good and bad, leaving others to think we’re overreacting and the intensity of our feelings can convince them we’re just not coping well.

However, high sensitivity gives us the ability to be strong, capable and thriving, even in the face of adversity.

For so many of us the word “No” is one of the hardest words to say, because of the feelings it influences.

This mindset would be considered people pleasing and being a “yes” person. We all need to create boundaries on our time.

If saying “no” is not natural for you, you’re a pleaser. You don’t like to disappoint people, hurt their feelings, or be rude.

It’s important to establish boundaries, and do what’s best for ourselves in those given situations. The more this thought process is practiced, the easier it becomes to overcome the challenge of letting others down. Mental and physical health must be a priority.

Habits shape our lives far more than you realize. Part of living a happy and healthy life is transforming your knowledge or inspiration into a daily habit. A habit is something that you do daily without really thinking about it. Creating good habits and leaving behind bad habits may feel like an impossible task, but when it truly matters and you want to reach for your goals, and evolve, you will rid yourself of bad habits, because it’s too risky to engage in self sabotaging behavioral patterns. We all have a choice in how to live life, and the solution to living a good life, is to adjust our daily routines to promote more happiness and effect strategies to better ourselves. Habitual behaviors are the only way to build a momentum that leads to winning.

When you don’t love yourself, you simply don’t give yourself the care and compassion you need and deserve.

When you don’t feel worthy of love, you don’t give it to yourself. When you equate self-love with narcissism, you don’t love yourself either.

Your behavior is always a lesson for others. When you’re loving others and not loving yourself, you’re showing them that self-neglect is okay.

We teach others how to behave through how we behave. When we model self-love, we show others how to express self-love in their own lives.

If you try to pour from an empty cup, nothing will come out. Once you fill the cup, you are able to pour into many different glasses.

Generosity is being aware that there is plenty for everyone.

It is seeing a chance to give what you have and then giving just for the joy of giving. It is one of the best ways to show love and friendship. When we give freely, especially if a sacrifice is involved, our spirit grows strong.

When one is person is generous, other people want to be generous too. It makes the world a better place for everyone. You never know how your acts can brighten someone else’s day, so why not give? It’s what makes life a blessing. We must first be a blessing, in order to receive blessings.

If it is controllable and happens sometimes, then it’s not a problem. Overthinking is an issue if it’s uncontrollable or happens often. Unfortunately, anxiety is often associated with excessive overthinking.

Overthinking can cause anxiety. Overthinking everything can trigger more anxiety, stress, or dread, making anxiety worse. It’s a vicious cycle, overthinking causes anxiety or makes it worse, and anxiety can trigger overthinking.


Overthinking involves two negative thought patterns :

constantly replaying about the past incessantly worrying about the future. This should not be confused with problem solving. Overthinking and problem-solving involve two completely different mindsets.


Problem-solving = FINDING A SOLUTION overthinking = DWELLING ON THE PROBLEM

Learning to be assertive takes time and practice. If you've spent years silencing yourself, becoming more assertive won't happen overnight. But, the process is well worth the results of peace of mind and understanding. Let your voice be heard.

Many of us dwell on the past. We regret things we should have handled differently. We replay past events on a constant in our minds.

Our bodies are built to be healthy.

The only way to be healthy, is to prioritize mental stability and feed our minds positive, conscious thoughts.

fear-based memories and past events that have never healed can be tricky to deal with, but there’s always a solution.
The only place you can be happy, truly happy, is in the present and very few people live in the present because they are either hung up on the past or worried about the future. Be honest and gentle with yourself. Your past doesn’t define you, because you have evolved far beyond those memories. It’s not about what you’ve done, but what you intended to do. Having good intentions matters, because it speaks to your core, not to the inevitability of past mistakes.

Fix what can be fixed, release what can’t be fixed, learn to do better, do better and move forward.
