Eat a Cheeseburger - My struggles with body image.
I get told all the time to eat a cheeseburger all the time because I am small. Well, I'll be honest that had been a trigger for so long because for so long I struggled with my body image, not just imagine but eating disorders. I used to think "don't eat the cheeseburger you fat ass". Yes, these were the real thoughts, the things I would say to myself. It's taken me a long time to get past that, to love a weekly cheeseburger. I share this with you because you are not alone, I've been there, and I think sharing these stories are the key to life. My hope is by sharing my stories and others inspire you to go for it, to remind you not alone and that your body is your machine, love it all of it.

"Be less emotional" advice from Dad, with Whitney Watts
In this episode, Whit and I have a real, raw conversation about advice from dads, and how we both handle situations completely opposite. My dad once told me to "be less emotional" which was not how I wanted to handle the situation but some of the best advice I could have gotten. He was simply saying slow down, think, breathe. This is key for me to stay out of what I call the rabbit hole, aka the layer of shit we create when we don't slow down enough to think. As always take it 8 seconds at a time and remember you've got this.

The Little Things with Whitney Watts
It is the little things that add up to be our lives. In this episode, the wonderful Whitney Watts shares her story and how the little things can make a big difference. Sometimes it's a smile to a stranger, a reminder to make yourself a healthy meal, or even buy a plant to take care of that can get you through a rough day or season. A reminder to take it 8 seconds at a time and remember to self-care isn't selfish.
