This week the gang talks F1, 6 nations odds, spent a lot of time talking celebrity boxing and then fatigue kicked in and the conversation went in an interesting direction!

Cailyn has joined the team and we couldnt more thrilled, it we talked F1 and the scandal, we talked Pirates v Chiefs, and we rounded it off with 6 nations and a little bit on the Durban July

Keba and I discuss the Russian Ice skating doping scandal, and the 'Beef' between two SA rugby enforcers.

The ice skating scandle of Kamila Valieva, the first ice skater to land a quadruple jump, and doing it twice in the same the run, had positive test from december, the positive test came to light after the team event, and was cleared to skate for the individual event, under intense scrutiny, finished outside of the medals.

The two springbok locks, Bakkies Botha and Eben Etzebeth, had a small little interaction, and we try and disect, what could have been the cause of what transpired, were sure it will blow over.

On this Podcast, I speak to my Father, the Reverend Matthew Esau, about his time with Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu, a bond that lasted over 30 years. Two men who worked so closely together for such a long time. I take my father through a few moments at the end of Apartheid. It was a truly great honor to know the Arch and we are will forever be grateful to have been in his presence.
