Sergeant Sean O'Connor heads up the Animal Control Unit of the Winchester PD and is a K9 officer. He joins Dan and Amy in studio to chat about the duties of Animal Control and describes the K9 team. 

We also hear from City Engineer Kelly Henshaw, who puts it quite plainly: PICK UP YOUR DOG'S POO, BRO! Fecal matter left in yards and along city streets does not break down and fertilize soil, but it DOES wash into storm drains and deposit untreated into our local streams and regional watersheds. This can cause major problems for those ecosystems.
