This week, I had the honor of getting to interview my hero in the functional-food-as-medicine space, registered dietitian Ali Miller. She is an integrative functional dietitian, author of Naturally Nourished, The Anti-Anxiety Diet, and The Anti-Anxiety Diet Cookbook, and has over a decade of clinical experience using a whole foods ketogenic diet, to help others regulate their stress response system (a.k.a the HPA-axis), balance hormones, optimize metabolic health, improve autoimmune conditions, repair “leaky gut,” and reset the gut microbiome. Her method is supported by the most up-to-date scientific literature, offering a functional approach to whole-body healing.
