Ever wondered what it might take to plan an event or a festival? In this Insight to Industry, listen to passionate Radiate Festival founder, Wendy Cummins. Radiate is a celebration of Caribbean culture and its latest permutation in British culture since Empire Windrush, as first, second and beyond generations develop their own sense of identity. Taking place annually in June, the festival is held in south London's Crystal Palace Park.
