Marie Leafblad - Singleness and Youth Ministry
This week Heather talks with Marie about what it looks like to be a single woman in ministry. We share some horror stories of dating, and even call out some of our icky brothers...you know who you are. Marie recommends this Facebook Group: Singles in Ministry! ABOUT MARIE: Marie is an engaging speaker who loves sharing stories and the people who are part of those stories. She helps bridge the gap between church and those who feel that they don't belong. Her passion is to intentionally be present with people in uncomfortable realms, meet them where they are at and love them. It’s simple. She loves to laugh and make things awkward as she can. She wants to create a new look on what church ministry is and what it really should look like, rather than the cookie-cutter building models we’ve seen for ages. ---- Thank you for supporting the WYM Podcast!
