I help my clients get to the root cause of their challenges in life stemming from childhood and past experiences. I had a radical awakening through my own healing journey and finally ended my 13-year marriage to a narcissist. I can proudly say I broke the cycle of toxic relationships in my family's history for my child. This experience leads me to my life’s purpose: to help women uncover what keeps them stuck and unhappy. To live your life in alignment with your core values is a birthright. Please know you are not alone!

Every time I was able to help it felt rewarding and I understood this was a unique gift from God that I needed to expand. As of this year, I have become a certified Life Coach. I now know that this is my life’s purpose and I am here to help others grow into their higher selves. To do so requires that we go beyond the weeds of our mind that hold us back and limit the growth of the things we wish to cultivate. This is why I chose the name: Beyond the Weeds coaching service.

Lauren has been active her entire life. Some of her earliest memories are playing outdoors, enjoying nature, and fresh air. While working in Corporate America, and going to school at night earning her MBA, she hit her first bout of burnout, Soon after, she found her way into a yoga class. Her first class was an experience she said she will never forget, and knew instantly that the practice was something she was supposed to end up sharing. She began regularly practicing in Boston, MA, and was able to manage her anxiety, noticed an overall increased sense of happiness and gratitude, and she was better able to end the space between stimulus and response. Soon after her first class, she set out on a journey to learn to teach and share this practice with as many people as she could. The practice done by yoga goers taught her so much more than physical flexibility.  Lauren's goal in creating Lola Yoga is to be a resource. Here you can check my weekly classes and workshops, read her blogs and listen to her podcasts, and even book a private yoga session or corporate event with Lauren.  She will share her knowledge of yoga, mindfulness, and health and wellness with you openly.

3.5 "Learning to Cope Without Binging" with Marisabelle Bonicci
35-year old pharmacist Marisabelle Bonicci hails from Malta. Academically and professionally, she was always a high achiever. She lived in Paris and Groningen, and the Netherlands where she worked and studied. Marisabelle was also the president of the European pharmacy students association between 2008 and 2009. She represented 35,000 students at the time. She also owned a pharmacy between Jan 2013 - Dec 2018. Her biggest struggle was her weight and self-esteem. As a child, she was severely bullied at school as she was always bigger and taller than other girls. She had girls take her to the bathroom and make her throw up so that she would lose weight. She never managed to throw up but the frustration made her binge. As she grew older, this issue kept increasing as she dealt with stress by binge eating. In 2017, she hit 150kg (330 lbs). She had a client come into the pharmacy and tried his blood pressure and sugar. She gave him advice on a healthy lifestyle but did not say anything. She remembers the look in his eyes which said - "you are helping me but you are not helping yourself?" Marisabelle went home and vowed she would change her life. She went on a diet and lost 18kg in 3 months but something happened again. She got triggered and binged again. Then she realized that she needed to figure this out. She knew what was happening was not about the food, but her relationship with food. She used it as a coping mechanism and no diet was ever going to change that. Later on, she sold her pharmacy, worked with a coach who helped her, and now started studying eating disorders and helping others.

1.4 "When you find yourself hustling" with Crystal Healer Michelle Warnica
There are a million reasons why you would find yourself hustling. I remember losing my job and the economy was so bad I had to figure it out for a short time. Most people I know can relate. I just met a woman that had her doctorate in Pharmacy. The area she lived in became over saturated with pharmacy graduates without many jobs for them and over 100 of them got laid off. When we met her, she was in her late 50's driving Uber. Not her dream job but necessary at the time. So, what can you do? My guest, Michelle Warnica had a similar experience. After years in Corporate America with great positions and success, she found herself laid off and not able to find a job. It seemed to her that her skills were no longer marketable. So it was time to hustle.
