Randy Estabrook, Executive Director of AWI-QCP, talks to Grant Golightly, architect at Design West Architects in Salt Lake City, UT.


They discuss Grant’s recent multi-million dollar project with the Salt Lake Mosquito Abatement District, a new campus where millwork was an important aspect of the interior design. They also talk about how Grant was saved by the Architectural Woodwork Standards (AWS) when he found some non-conformances in the woodwork. He was able to get recourse via QCP at no cost to himself or the client.
