Heather and Marc step outside of their comfort zone and discuss a episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" that takes place on Valentine's Day and Xander gets a love spell put on him and...y'know I'm gonna stop there. It was 1998, that's all we'll say.

ARROOOO!!! It’s the werewolves of Sunnydale on this episode of Buffy! Heather and Marc discuss the makeout points their hometowns had during school before discussing werewolves attacking our little town, causing havoc!
#28: Innocence
Heather and Marc discuss the second half of this super-sized episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, where Buffy has to deal with the concequences of losing her virginity to Angel, who lost his human soul. Willow discovers Xander's secret and Giles learns a terrible secret about the woman he's been dating. Lots of dating disasters in this episode, you guys.
#27: Surprise
Heather and Marc discuss the first MAJOR episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer where Spike and Drusilla gather the dismembered body parts of The Judge and Angel and Buffy share an intimate moment which threatens to destroy his soul. Turns out this is only Part 1 of a TWO PART EPISODE!!! OH SNAP!
#26: Bad Eggs
This episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer takes the sitcom trope of high schoolers taking care of an egg for a few days and turn it into Invasion of the Body Snatchers! Heather and Marc discuss their own versions of taking care of an egg while in high school and we learn about "crack head babies".

In this very special episode of Word of (Hell)mouth, Heather shares a lot of childhood trama, Marc talks about people he didn't trust in high school, and Buffy must deal with some guy trying to move in on her mom!!
#24: What's My Line? Part Two
It's the one year anniversary of Word of (Hell)mouth!!! Heather and Marc discuss the crazy year it's been, how TV shows used to schedule their shows, and then discuss the second half of this cliffhanger episode where Buffy reluctantly confronts Kendra the new vampire slayer, only to find that the two are polar opposites in every way.
#23: What's My Line? Part One
Heather and Marc discuss what jobs they thought they would've done back in high school and how much of a lie college is before discussing the two part episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer "What's My Line?", where Buffy and Angel finally go out on their first date and Angel sets out to hunt down his rival, Spike.

SO MUCH HAPPENING IN THIS EPISODE! A dead body on the steps of the library! Ms. Calendar gets possessed! Heather and Marc are shocked at Giles' past!! SO MUCH!!!
#21: Lie to Me
Heather and Marc are back to discuss episode 7 of season 2, when Buffy's fifth grade flame, Billy "Ford" Fordham, unexpectedly arrives in Sunnydale, this throws her in a tailspin. Meanwhile, Buffy and Angel confront their feelings for each other and Angel owns up to his past relationship with Drusilla. Heather and Marc also briefly discuss lies they told in high school and how weird it is to see kids stay out past 9PM on a school night.
#20: Halloween
Heather and Marc are celebrating Halloween early by covering the season 2 episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" titled, literally, Halloween! When Buffy, Willow and Xander are recruited by Principal Snyder to trick-or-treat with the neighborhood kids, the night doesn't turn out as they had planned when Buffy's costume causes her to lose her slaying ability and the other kids transform into their costume characters!!

Heather and Marc are back to discuss the Season 2 episode 3 episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer which involves the parent-teacher night being interrupted by uninvited guests, and Buffy must protect her fellow students, the principal and her mother while keeping her secret. Also Heather and Marc talk about birthday thunder storms, if permanent records are real, go on a tampon tangent, and how hard it is to not punch kids in the face.

Heather and Marc are back to discuss the second episode of Season Two of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, where Buffy and her posse discover that body parts are being used to create the perfect woman, with the final touch being Cordelia's head.

It's time for season 2!! Heather and Marc return with the episode 1 of season 2 where Buffy returns home to Sunnydale after spending the summer away, Xander and Willow become concerned with her disturbingly cold and distant behavior.
#14: Cruel Intentions (1999)
It's another side quest for Heather and Marc as they go Buffy adjacent and talk about the Sarah Michelle Gellar film "Cruel Intentions" from 1999. Things get raunchy and there are dealings with incest (kinda) and woman-on-woman kissing and all kinds of wonderful late '90s fashion and styles.
#13: Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1992)
As a gift for surviving season 1 of the TV show, Heather and Marc decide to visit the movie that started it all, the 1992 film starring Kristy Swanson, Donald Sutherland, Luke Perry, and a thousand other character actors and actors who'll eventually become famous. Also, Heather and Marc decide to have a crossover with That's Da Bomb, Yo! and welcome Jason Soto as a guest! They discuss various parts of the movie and go off on more tangents than ever!
#12: Prophecy Girl
Heather and Marc are here to tell you about the season 1 finale "Prophecy Girl" where Buffy wants to resign from her life of slaying but the Master's ascension from the Hellmouth is at hand. Also Xander is a jerk, Willow is awesome, and Giles is a mess.

Heather and Marc have returned to discuss episode 11 of "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", which features a picked on girl who can go invisible and get her revenge on all of those who have done her wrong! This appears to be a Cordelia heavy episode so if that's your thing, here you go!

Heather and Marc have returned and this time we learn what keeps the Scoobie gang awake at night! Whether it's clowns or stage fright or even being buried alive! And maybe baseball might have a hand in everything!

This time around on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, it's all about puppets!! Good puppets, bad puppets, demonic puppets, you name it, puppets!! And Marc and Heather sort through all the puppets in this wacky episode!
#8: I, Robot...You, Jane
Heather and Marc go through therapy over shirts they weren't allowed to wear while in high school and Willow's new Internet chat buddy turns out to be a powerful demon electronically unleashed from a centuries-old, newly digitized book.
#7: Angel
In this episode, Heather and Marc spend most of the time talking about the various ways they’d let David Boreanaz do nasty things to them. They eventually discuss the season one episode 7 episode “Angel” where Buffy discovers Angel’s dark secret and hesitates to do anything about it, which could spell danger for someone she loves.
#6: The Pack
When talking about an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer that's about hyenas possessing teenagers, only Heather and Marc can do it justice.
#5: Never Kill A Boy On The First Date
Heather and Marc have returned to Sunnydale to discuss the fifth episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which involves Buffy trying to go out on dates with hot guys who look older than they should be, Xander being creepy, and Buffy undressing in front of guys. The late '90s was a wild time.
#4: Teacher's Pet
Heather and Marc are back to talk about the fourth episode of season 1 of "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", titled "Teacher's Pet", which is a Xander based episode if you're into that kind of thing. If you are NOT, Heather and Marc are here to also talk about which cast member Heather would lose her shit over, how gross teenage boys are, and a lot and lot of lactose intolerant discussion.
