If we don’t strategically plan our departure, it can have negative effects.  I want to provide you with some considerations as you make your decision. Don’t quit your job yet!

Over 60.4 million American employees were affected by workplace bullying reported in 2017. That number has increased to 79.3 Million as of January 2021. Workplace Bullying is on the Rise!

As of 2017, 60.4 million Americans are affected by workplace bullying. A substantial correlation exists between vulnerabilities to workplace bullying, and physical and mental health security. My research addresses the existing literature gap and will help bring about anti-bullying laws, mutual organizational civility, and ethical conduct. Today we want to specifically talk about workplace bullying in relation to narcissism.

Bullies entreat others unfairly due to stigmatism and the stereotyped dissimilarities. Bullies despise authentic views, beliefs, or behavior.
