In response to the lack of mitigation policies at universities, Isabella proactively formed the Students for Academic Mitigation group, creating a petition that went viral and has now been signed by over 23,000 people. The BBC also picked up on her campaign when it began to gain traction nationally. Isabella's committed and tenacious attitude has been shaped by her experiences at school, travelling and university.
