How God Uses The Broken Pieces Of Life with guest, Pamela McCloskey, Founder and CEO of Pamskey's Place, LLC
Pamela McCloskey is proof that you can rise out of the pit of unworthiness and overcome the deep-rooted beliefs keeping you from living your authentic self. Abuse, house fire, betrayal, death, illness, and hardship are some of what Pamela, aka Coach Pamskey,  experienced on her road in life. She was left feeling angry, lonely, hurt, and anxious. She truly believed she was a mistake with no purpose. Not knowing where to turn for help, she spent many years depressed, walled-off, self-condemned, stuffing emotions, and acting out in rage. No one knew she was dying inside. She wore a façade to make everyone think she was fine.  Today, she has made it her mission to show women how to rise out of the pit of despair. For over 20 years, she has had the honor of speaking life to women who were without hope and provided specific steps through "The No More Method" that causes the change from the inside out. Pam also created "The One Method" to help women stay grounded and calm during anxious moments. Monday Motivation with special guest, Motivational Life Coach, Fitness Trainer, and "Girl Friend of Authority" Beverly K Johnson!
Beverly K. Johnson is a motivational life coach, fitness trainer and “girlfriend of authority”. She is also the CEO/Owner of Genesys Fitness (GenFit),  where she believes in self-care being priority over caring for others because it is in caring for ourselves that we make the best caregivers. We believe that by helping women rediscover who they are after suffering a loss, she will be empowered to become her ideal self – physically, mentally and emotionally. Having been a Zumba instructor for years, Beverly K. Johnson knew her influence included more than fitness training when a candid conversation with an exercise client revealed that women in caretaker roles often forget about themselves. She named her new motivational fitness business Genesys Fitness because it signified a rebirth for the often “forgotten” woman: the divorce’, caretaker, empty-nester…Generally, the woman that takes care of everyone else and does/thinks of herself last. WOVE Inspiration's Monday Morning Motivation with special guest, Principal Author Dr. Carolyn Stephen!
“I Am A Black Woman” principal author, Dr. Carolyn Stephens has served as a family therapist for more than 7 years all over Atlanta, Georgia. During her practice in the primarily under served population, she discovered that 98% of her clientele were single African American women. As a therapist and family support specialist, she observed that these women shared a common diagnosis called PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). While serving as their therapist utilizing CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) practices, Dr. Carolyn felt the need to create a therapeutic environment where women could share the pain of their past while healing through the power of sisterhood. This led to the inception of the “I Am A Black Woman” book project in November of 2018. Dr. Carolyn assembled a team of 13 African American women throughout America eager to share some of their traumatic experiences and how they overcame the barriers that once stifled them.
