Bret Hart returns to WCW to talk about Owen and his own future in pro wrestling. Sid faces Kevin Nash in the main event, and David Flair becomes a champion thanks to Daddy Ric.

On Raw Triple H faces The Rock inside a steel cage. Mr. McMahon gives Austin a stipulation for his upcoming Fully Loaded first blood match.

On Nitro this week the legendary David Flair gets a World Championship title oppotunity against Kevin Nash. The Jersey Triad defend the tag team titles, and Disco Inferno takes on The Cat in a dance competition. On Raw Steve Austin booked himself in a WWF Title match before King of the Ring, and that title match takes place in the Raw main event.

Commisioner Shawn Michaels returns to Raw and he books Stone Cold Steve Austin in a match; if Austin wins, no Corporation member can interfere in the Austin vs McMahons ladder match taking place at King of the Ring.

On Nitro Roddy Piper and Ric Flair book themselves in a 2 on 1 match against Buff Bagwell. The show is headlined with a Sting vs Sid Vicious match.

Stone Cold Steve Austin makes a few changes around WWF HQ in Stamford this week. On Nitro there's a big 8 man tag; Piper, Flair, DDP & Kanyon vs Bagwell, Benoit, Malenko & Saturn.

The Higher Power finally gets revealed on Raw and Eric Bischoff thinks this is a great opportunity to give fans a spoiler on Nitro. The Big Show wrestles The Undertaker in the Raw main event, and Sting faces Macho Man Randy Savage in the Nitro main event.

Vince McMahon faces The Undertaker this week on Raw. If Vince wins, then Steve Austin will get a title shot later on in the broadcast. Nitro gets headlined with a steel cage encounter; Sting vs Rick Steiner. WCW newcomer Tank Abbot referees the main event.

Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock and Vince McMahon are all on the Corporate Ministry's hitlist tonight. The faction succesfully take out Vince and Rock, but The Undertaker's plan backfires when trying to eliminate Stone Cold.

On Nitro Macho Man Randy Savage demands a championship match against Kevin Nash but Roddy Piper refuses to book it. Sting gets some help from an old friend when confronted by the reunited Steiner Brothers.

The WWF has an unopposed night on May 10th 1999 so Raw is War goes live with no competition from WCW. The Corporate Ministry vs Union storyline continues on with most of the show being dedicated to this new rivalry, though this time the WWF Commisioner returns to make a few changes.

Ric Flair is back on WCW Nitro and he immediately books himself in a WCW Championship match against DDP (he also books his poor son against Meng).

The Corporate Ministry arrive to Raw and Shane decides to turn the show completely upside-down.

Ric Flair has been sent to the Central Florida Mental Institute and Charles Robinson is in control of Nitro. DDP defends his World Championship against Sting, but that's not the only championship match that happens on Nitro.

On WWF Raw is War Vince McMahon arranges a deal with The Undertaker. The Chairman wants his daughter back, and 'Taker demands that Steve Austin gets involved in this agreement.

6 days before WWF Backlash; The Rock holds a funeral service for Stone Cold Steve Austin. On WCW Nitro Roddy Piper delivers some bad news to President Ric Flair.

There's a new World Champion in WCW and everyone wants a piece of him. Sting wants a title shot, Kevin Nash wants a title shot, but champion Diamond Dallas Page has some unfinished business with Scotty Steiner.

On Raw Shane McMahon ushers in a new era for the Corporation; one that's all about youth and exuberance. The Rock brings Steve Austin's Smoking Skull Belt to the Roody Poo Bridge, and D'lo Brown gets a shot at Bob Holly's Hardcore title.

Days before Spring Stampede 1999 Ric Flair decides to defend his World Heavyweight Championship. Ric initially wanted to face Hulk Hogan, but he ends up defending the belt against 3 other competitors.

On Raw is War The Undertaker continues to torment Vince & Stephanie McMahon. The Rock and Triple H team up to face The Big Show in a 2 on 1 main event match.

It's the Raw after WrestleMania XV! Stone Cold Steve Austin is the new WWF Champion but he relinquishes the belt this week on Raw (because he wants his Smoking Skull Belt instead), The Rock's in action against Billy Gunn, and X-Pac looks for revenge when he faces his old friend Triple H.

WCW Nitro comes from Toronto and the fans are in the building to see Bret Hart (and Hollywood Hogan). The Hitman has a surprise for Goldberg this week, Hulk wrestles a returning superstar in the main event, and Rey Mysterio wants to team up with Billy Kidman for a shot at the tag titles.

WCW arrives to Panama City Beach for another episode of Spring Break Nitro. Ric Flair holds a lottery inside the ring, the winner will receive a world title shot in the Nitro main event.

This week the WWF presents the final episode of Raw before WrestleMania XV. The main event features Steve Austin taking on Paul Wight (with Mick Foley as the special ref)

Ric Flair is the new WCW World Heavyweight Champion after a controversial match with Hollywood Hogan at Uncensored. Answers are given on Nitro, and it turns out referee Charles Robinson is in Ric Flair's back pocket. Nash and Hogan team up to take on Flair and Goldberg in the Nitro main event.

On WWF Raw is War The Undertaker continues to torment Vince McMahon by visiting his home in Greenwich. The Rock and Paul Wight team up for a main event tag match, and The Outlaws look to capture singles championships.

WCW's first hour features NO wrestling matches, the company decided to focus more on Ric Flair's relationship with his son instead of showing in-ring action. On Raw, Mankind vs Stone Cold Steve Austin gets booked by Vince McMahon. The New Age Outlaws reunite to take on Bob Holly & Al Snow, and The Undertaker promises to sacrifice the Big Boss Man.

This week on Raw is War, Vince McMahon books a Kane vs Steve Austin main event. The Undertaker wrestles Mankind (if Mankind wins, he earns the right to be the 2nd referee in the WrestleMania main event) and The Rock defends the WWF Title against Road Dogg.

Rumors going around in WCW indicate Ric Flair is going to announce his retirement on Nitro. The nWo Elite continue to mess the Black and White around, and Bret Hart wrestles Chris Benoit in the match of the week.

On Nitro this week Bret Hart takes on Booker T; the winner gets a shot at the WCW United States Championship. Scott Steiner vs Bill Goldberg headlines the show, and the nWo sabotage the final moments of the Nitro broadcast by taking over the satellite feed. During this takeover the nWo make fun of Roddy Piper, Ric Flair, Steve McMichael and Arn Anderson. On the WWF channel Vince McMahon seeks vengeance against The Undertaker.McMahon books a Kane vs Undertaker Inferno Match for the main event, but the Undertaker says he has a special surprise for the Chairman.

It's the night after St Valentine's Day Massacre and Paul Wight is ready to show up on Raw is War. The Rock gets another shot at Mankind's WWF title, Billy Gunn gets a shot at the IC title, and The Ministry of Darkness send a message to Vince McMahon. On WCW Nitro Ric Flair's limosuine ride reaches a brutal destination, the Tag Team Tournament continues with Benoit and Malenko wrestling 2 matches, and Bret Hart takes on his new arch nemesis Will Sasso.

Raw takes place on Saturday this week, so WCW have an unopposed Monday Night for Nitro. Ric Flair makes Bret Hart defend the US Title on Nitro against a pro-wrestling legend, Eric Bischoff gets a new work assignment, and The Outsiders main event the show. WWF Raw is War comes from the Toronto Skydome, and Stone Cold Steve Austin main events the record breaking episode in a gauntlet match against The Corporation.

This week on Raw Vince McMahon goes down to Texas looking for Steve Austin, The Ministry gets a few new members, and Triple H takes on Kane inside a Steel Cage.

On Nitro Ric Flair has a new assignment for Eric Bischoff, Konnan & Mysterio issue a challenge to Lex & Nash, and a US Title number 1 contender match headlines the show.

Vince McMahon won the 1999 Royal Rumble but he will not be facing the WWF Champion at WrestleMania. We find out who's going to challenge for the title this week on Raw.

The WWF make final preparations for their 1999 Royal Rumble PPV. Stone Cold Steve Austin opens the show with a promo, and the show ends with Corporate Kane vs The Corporate Champion.

It's the night after Rock Bottom and The Rock agrees to defend his WWF title again, this time against Triple H. Vince McMahon reveals Steve Austin's Royal Rumble entrance number while also revealing another superstar entering next year's Royal Rumble match.

On Nitro Nature Boy Ric Flair has a health scare in the middle of the ring during a promo. Kevin Nash, Bam Bam Bigelow and Goldberg get booked in a triple threat match, and Disco Inferno again tries to convince everyone he's part of the Wolfpac.

Kevin Nash won the World War 3 battle royal last night on PPV, so "Big Sexy" is Next! Nash vs Goldberg is the Starrcade 98 main event, and the two bump into eachother a few times on this week's episode of Nitro. Bret Hart wrestles Dean Malenko in the semi-main while Goldberg headlines the show against The Giant.

On Raw Stone Cold Steve Austin gets an unwelcome visitor while trying to recover in hospital. Mr. McMahon announces a new WWF Commisioner, and The Rock defends his WWF Championship against X-Pac.

Reliving The War Episode 160 - November 16th 1998

Vince McMahon gives The Rock another chance to enter the Deadly Game tournament at Survivor Series, but if Rocky loses he's out of the WWF for good. Stone Cold Steve Austin gets ready to face the Big Boss Man later in the week, and X-Pac gets an unwelcome surprise when he faces The Undertaker.

On Nitro the commentators say the President of the United States is on his way to the arena. Chris Jericho challenges Goldberg once again and, this time, Jericho gets his wish.

Bret Hart is scheduled to face Lex Luger this week in the Nitro main event, however the match may need rescheduled due to the Hitman suffering an "injury". Booker T returns to Nitro to face Scott Hall, and Perry Saturn wants to get some revenge for last week's LWO attack.

On Raw the WWF's steel cage hangs above the ring while Vince McMahon promises that someone's going to serve hard time by the end of the evening.

WCW decide to air the DDP vs Goldberg main event from Halloween Havoc due to the pay per view feed getting lost the night before. Hollywood Hogan welcomes a new member into the black and white nWo, and Bret Hart defends his US title against DDP. On Raw Stone Cold Steve Austin gets his job back, Mankind and Al Snow get a shot at the tag titles, and Ken Shamrock competes in a submission match in the main event.

WCW are 6 days away from Halloween Havoc 1998. Hollywood Hogan is scheduled to take on his nephew Horace, the nWo Wolfpac take on the nWo Black and White in a tag match, plus Bret Hart challenges Sting to a match days before their PPV showdown in Las Vegas. On Raw this week, a fired Steve Austin is dressed in camouflage as he ‘hunts’ Vince McMahon. When Stone Cold gets his hands on the boss, Mr. McMahon has a complete breakdown. Elsewhere on Raw The Undertaker and Paul Bearer reveal that they're back together and ready to unleash a new darkness upon the World Wrestling Federation, and The Road Warrior Hawk seems to have some issues with new LOD associate Darren Drozdov.

The Warrior wants to team up with his old pal Sting to take on Hollywood Hogan and Bret Hart in the Nitro main event. The Giant gets a shot at Bill Goldberg's WCW World Championship, and Eric Bischoff tries to get Ric Flair removed from the Arena. On Raw an Intercontinental Title tournament takes place to crown a new IC champion, and The Rock teams up with Stone Cold Steve Austin to do battle against The Brothers of Destruction.

WCW announce a huge main event this week - Sting vs Bret Hart. The Warrior continues to cause Hulk Hogan problems as things get a bit more supernatural this week. On Raw Vince McMahon gets some visitors in hospital while The Rock takes on The Undertaker in the main event.

On Nitro this week Hollywood Hulk Hogan issues a challenge to both Bret Hart and Sting. Bret accepts the challenge, and so the long awaited Hulk Hogan vs Bret Hart match finally happens in World Championship Wrestling. The Four Horsemen are in the arena tonight, Chris Jericho wants another match against Bill Goldberg, and it looks like Scotty Steiner may have received another "injury" during a 2 on 1 match. Over on the WWF channel it’s the night after Break Down and we're going to find out who currently holds the WWF Championship. Mr. McMahon has a title presentation in the middle of the show but an interruption leads to one of the most memorable moments of the whole Monday Night War. Elsewhere on the show Al Snow takes on Vader, we have a 4 corner elimination match to determine the number 1 contender for the European Title, and Owen Hart takes on Dan Severn.

The WWF gets ready for Breakdown: In Your House this week. The Rock, Mankind and Ken Shamrock are given an oppurtunity to become the number 1 contender for the WWF title while Vince McMahon's relationship with Undertaker and Kane gets reinforced. Steve Austin, meanwhile, comes to terms with having a 2 on 1 match at Breakdown and not a triple threat match.

On Nitro The Warrior continues his OWN Revolution while Hollywood Hogan is eager to fight his old rival. Alex Wright wants to take DDP's spot at Halloween Havoc and he challenges Page to a match, and things continue to look bleak for Scott Hall when he shows up to Nitro unfit for work.

Fall Brawl 1998 is in the books and Hollywood Hogan has a challenge for The Warrior. Goldberg takes on Sting in the main event, and the legendary Four Horsemen stable reunite on Monday Nitro.

Raw is War returns to Monday nights this week and the WWF come back with a bang! Stone Cold Steve Austin defends his WWF championship against Ken Shamrock, The Undertaker takes on a returning Mick Foley in a no holds barred match, and The Rock challenges Kane in a star-studded episode of WWF Raw.

WWF Raw is War takes place on Saturday night once again. Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Vince McMahon, Mankind & Kane are all absent from the show so a lot of midcard guys get their opportunity in the spotlight this week. Matches include Marc Mero vs Miguel Perez, Edge vs Jeff Jarrett, and Kaientai main event the show against DX.

On Nitro The Warrior continues playing games with Hollywood Hogan and the nWo Black and White. Kevin Nash tries to get Diamond Dallas Page to join the Wolfpac, but Nash's request turns into a tag team main event where DDP teams up with Roddy Piper to take on Sting and Lex Luger.

Bret Hart gets caught between his leader Hulk Hogan and his "friend" Sting this week in the Nitro main event. We learn who's representing Team Wolfpac and Team Hollywood at War Games, and Kevin Nash gets a close look at Goldberg's title defense.

Raw is War gets moved to Saturday Night due to the US Open airing on the USA Network. Saturday Night Raw doesn't feature WWF Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin, but it does feature The Undertaker and Kane destroying everyone who showed up for work. Vince McMahon announces the main event for BreakDown: In Your House, and McMahon guarentees that Steve Austin will lose the championship at that pay per view.

The final Raw before SummerSlam 1998 sees The Brothers of Destruction finally united. Mankind competes inside Hell in a Cell once again, The Rock tells Chyna to "get some" after DX get locked in their dressing room, and the final of the Brawl for All takes place when Bradshaw meets Bart Gunn.

On Nitro Kevin Nash wants Goldberg to team up with him to face Hollywood Hogan and The Giant. Chris Jericho defends his TV title against Curt Hennig, Warrior brings his "revolution" to WCW, and team WCW gets finalized for the upcoming War Games match at Fall Brawl.

On Nitro this week, JJ Dillon announces the War Games match at Fall Brawl; Team WCW vs Team Hollywood vs Team Wolfpac. Bret Hart takes on DDP, Goldberg wrestles in the main event, and Eddie Guerrero cuts his famous "coffee promo" where he talks about being held down by Eric Bischoff. Also, a man from Hulk Hogan's past makes his debut in World Championship Wrestling. On Raw, the WWF are preparing for SummerSlam 98; Stone Cold Steve Austin wants to talk to Mr. McMahon at the start of the show and Austin promises that The Undertaker is going to leave Raw tonight in a hearse . We have 2 more Brawl for All matches, the Raw debut of the Gangrel character, and a street fight pitting D-Generation X against The Nation.
