At Only 18 Millie has become a well known figure in women wrestling here in Britain, traveled across Europe and toured Japan. Not to mention she as appeared multiple time on WWE Network as part of NXTUK and trust me that's only the tip of the iceberg. Did I mention she's only 18? This one is a blast.

This week Flash is joined by a women who laid the foundations for the women's wrestling revolution here in Britain, Flash is joined by JETTA!

Here they talk about her start in wrestling with NWA Hammerlock and how the scene was back in the early 2000's. They discuss about her breaking out and the influence Robbie Brookside and the rest of the All Star team had on her becoming well rounded performer. She chats about how a promo on a Ring Of Honor tour opened the door for her to become and international regular for shimmer. Then finally she opens up about why at the height of her notoriety she decided to leave wrestling and what made her come to this decision after 6 years to come back! It really is a full retrospect of the woman they call Jetta!

Wrestling Friends returns for the first time in 2019 and this time the Modfather sits down one on one with one half of the swords of Essex, Paul Robinson.

This week Morgan Webster sits down with the fearless Charlie Morgan. Its a full career and life retrospective. Here we talk about her falling in love with Wrestling and her chance meeting with Southside Promoter Ben Auld led her to discover her first British Wrestling show. She chats about training with WAW under the name Lady Penelope and how she broke out very easily on the European scene but struggled to break out on the British Scene. Then we talk about her stepping away from wrestling for a year and how during this time she embraced her sexuality and found her voice within the LGBT community. Then to return to the ring as Charlie Morgan and rise through the ranks of Pro Wrestling Eve to become their first openly gay champion. This really is one of my favorite conversations to date.

This week the Modfather completes his Progress management trifecta when he sits down for the first ever 1on1 podcast interview with Progress Wrestling's Jon Briley. You're in for a great episode as its a full retrospect of the phenomena that is Progress. From a humble idea between friends at the Edinburgh fringe to its debut show at the garage at Islington. The decision behind the move to the infamous ballroom in Camden and just why Brixton didn't quite work. Then we get into Alexandra palace, their involvement with WWE, US tours and of course Wembley. From Debuting at Fight Club Pro as a masked character, to forming Aussie open with Mark Davis and finally we talk about his success this past weekend at the British J Cup

This week the King of the Mods is joined by the 'Bhangra Bad Boy' Amir Jordan. Amir talks in depth about his life in Pakistan and what promoted his family to make the move to the UK when he was just 4 years old. They talk about his love of wrestling and how he always thought it was an impossible dream and why he got a Maths degree and moved to New York to work at a bank. Then they get into him discovering Progress Wrestling and how he gave up a well paying lucrative job in accounts to move to Canada and train with Lance Storm to the dismay of his family. Finally they chat about his move back to the UK, training alongside Rampage Brown, Marty Jones and El Ligero and how working the infamous Butlins holiday camps led him to being signed by the WWE.

Keith Myatt is a British Independent Wrestling with over 30 years experience in the squared circle. This week Flash sits down with the Keith and reminisces the good old days. They talk about Keith falling in love with wrestling at a young age while attending shows at the infamous Victoria Hall in Hanley, they chat about his start into wrestling and how tough it was to manage chasing a dream while supporting his young wife and their two boys. Then they discuss his life on the road, teaming with the legendary Big Daddy and how British Wrestling changed once World of Sport left nation TV. Then finally they get into the rise of the current British boom and what Keith thinks of the scene today. It its a lovely chat with one of the nicest guys in the business.

Here they talk about the rise of Irish Wrestling, from the days of Irish Whip Wrestling and NWA Hammerlock to Over The Top Wrestling and the flourishing scene that has now taken the country by storm. Then Finally they talk about the arrival of The Rapture and their infamous steel cage match that is still to this day the biggest steel cage to ever be used on British or Irish soil. And then him and Flash do a full retrospect of the rise of Progress, from the Garage to the Ballroom; from Alexandra palace and Wembley. They Finally they talk about Progress' relationship with WWE and what opportunities that relationship had brought. Its the longest episode so far and its choc full of wonderful Progress goodie.

This week the Flash sits down with the wonderful Nina Samuels. We talk about her falling in love with wrestling while growing up with her two brothers, her journey into dance because she thought wrestling was impossible in the UK. They discuss her discovering British Wrestling by fluke and eventually ending up at Lucha Britannia. Then they chat about her rise through the British wrestling scene, finding her voice at Pro Wrestling Eve due to injury and whats next for her regarding NXT UK.

This week the flashiest wrestler in the world is joined by the Besties In The World. Thats right Webster sits down With Davey Vega and Matt Fitchet. Here they talk about getting into wrestling, Vegas time as a Back Yard Wrestler and Fitchets time win Nationals in Amature Wrestling. They chat to Flash about Breaking out of St. Louis, forming the team and their latest matches with Ring of Honor. Finally they look back at this UK tour and chat about whats next

on Episode 80 Flash is joined by the delightful Vicky Haskins. They chat about her falling in love of wrestling at the age of 12 and how that love helped her find her confidence and got her out of her wheelchair and walking again, yep you read that right! We chat about her journey into the wrestling world, signing with the WWE, why she left Florida after only 3 months of being there and how meeting her Husband Mark Haskins and having her two children has led her to find her confidence and take her place in front of the camera as one of Progress Wrestlings most influencial female characters.

This week Flash sits down with British Wrestling legend Dean Allmark. Here they do a full retrospect of his 19 year career. They talk about his lifelong friendship with Robbie Dynamite and starting training together in Stoke. He might be young but he's been wrestling for nearly half his life which is crazy.

They talk about his time wrestling as Wade Fitzgerald under the tutelage of Mark Sloan, Wrestling for Premier Promotions and his evolution into the Lion Kid Character. Then they get into his stories from Dragon Gate, why he stepped away from the ring for almost 2 years and why this year might be his last year in wrestling. How Goldberg caught his imagination from a young age and lit a fire that never truly went away. They chat about joining the army and his tours abroad and finally they talk about him finding Wrestling after leaving the forces and the roller-coaster ride he’s been on since. It’s a laugh a minute this week with the man known as Primate.

This week the Mod meets the Lady as Flash sits down with Lady Chardonnay. Here Flash talks to her about her beginnings into wrestling as a young teen wrestling with her brother. They talk about starting wrestling and how she had to overcome social anxiety before she could step foot into the ring on a show. They they discuss the evolution from Chav Chardonnay to Lady Chardonnay and how she really found herself in Japan as part of Stardom. Then finally they talk her goals for 2018 and where she wants to work next. This might be a name you might now know right now but you sure will soon enough.

For the first episode of 2018 Flash is joined by Vancouver’s own El Phantasmo. Just like his matches this weeks Wrestling Friends is full of twists and turns. From finding wrestling at his grandmothers farm at a young age to rediscovering the squared circle while in film school. We talk about his rise through the Vancouver wrestling scene, trying to break America, a career devastating motorcycle accident and finally finding his confidence again and making the jump to the UK. just like the man himself this weeks episode is a real head banger.

This week Flash is joined by his long time friend and a man he helped to train ‘Dragonheart’ Danny Jones. Here they talk about him falling in love with wrestling, his time training mma as he didn’t think there were wrestling schools in Britain and how he discovered the British scene. They then chat about his time at the Dragon Pro Academy and how it’s changed over he last 5 years. How hard it was to break into the British scene and find his place in places like Attack and Chaos. Here they talk about his love of wrestling and breaking into the business in North Wales and how he met Kid Lykos in his first month of training. They Talk about how his friendship with Lykos led them to form the YOLO squad and help them break out across the UK. We Discuss the origin and inception of the ECDrew Character and finally they dive right into Drews love of Deathmatch and why he was compelled to transform into the Urchin Prince and not how mental DEATH HOUSE really was.

This week Flash is joined by one half of the former London Riots, Rob Lynch. This weeks guest might be a name that many don't recognize but its a story you need to hear. Fraser story starts back in 2004 when he debuted down in the south west as the 30 stone monster 'Richter'. Here he was a main stay across Bristol and Gloucester but wasn't happy or fulfilled in his professional or personal life. Fast forward to present day, Fraser has lost over half his body weight and is preparing to make his re-debut as part of Fight Club Pro. Its a story or passion, determination and heart-ache and triumph. You wont what to miss this one.
