Peter H. Schmidt, Co-Founder and COO of Transcend Air, is an entrepreneur and executive with startup, turn-around, and large enterprise experience. Schmidt’s aviation roles have included sUAS test pilot, with two first flights; President & COO of Linear Air, Eclipse 500 operator and Part 135 online charter marketplace; COO of Jet Advisors, a business aviation consultancy; and SVP of National Aviation Academy, the second largest Part 147 aviation mechanic school in the U.S. In his pre-aviation career, Schmidt led several networking and embedded systems companies, including as CTO North America for Ipanema Technologies, CEO of Echo Engineering, Division Manager of Teradyne, and Co-Founder and President of Midnight Networks. An aerobatic pilot, Schmidt did his undergrad in computer science and his masters degree in management, both at MIT. He currently serves as Chair of the Electric Flight Test Committee of the E-VTOL Flight Test Council.

Some of Tony's most impactful work is as Co-Founder of Drone Cadets, a drone training school for adolescents where he and him team teaches STEM via drone training, with a particular focus on young men of color.

Ms. Eisenberg has supported the National Security arena for nearly two decades, where she served as the Deputy Program Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Lead Trainer for a series of projects for premier government agencies, and was hand-selected to serve as the Team Lead of a high-priority Presidentially-overseen program.  Prior to her roles in the national security arena, Ms. Eisenberg served as the Deputy Director for a critical infrastructure national security project at the Council on Competitiveness, an economic development think tank.  For the past 20+ years she has served in roles supporting federal, state, and local governments, to include the House of Representatives, the United States Senate, the Department of Justice, and the states of Virginia and New York.

Pharns Genece is the CEO and founder of Unmanned Systems Operations Group, Inc (USOG), and an 18-year Veteran of the United States Air Force serving in the Medical Corps. Ray Adams is the Executive Director of the Urban Low Altitude Transport Association (ULTRA), he brings over 30 years of aviation experience in air traffic management in the New York City metropolitan area in both the terminal and enroute environments. Working in some of the busiest, complex facilities in the world, he has a large base of knowledge and experience in air transport operations.

Through his work with the Federal Aviation Administration, Ray has become a subject matter expert in the development and deployment of a number of aviation modernization systems, ranging from data-link communications to enhanced GPS navigation systems and traffic flow management.

Dennis Muilenburg is the owner, president and chief executive officer of DAM CyFly Consulting, LLC, launched in 2020. Michael Hill is the founder of Cumulus Technologies a UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) consulting company, Michael has become one of the top experts in the areas of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and their industrial applications, Urban Air Mobility (UAM) and their integration as well as helping develop Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) protocols for our National Airspace (NAS). Michael holds several board positions with technology, aviation, and UAS organizations and regularly speaks at community and industry events on the advancement of technology in the unmanned aviation industry. Serving as a UAS Consultant to companies on integrating UAV, "Drones" into their respective industries, he has helped develop safety training curriculum for workforce development within several organizations and school districts around the country. Michael has introduced high school students, community members, business leaders, and organizations to the unmanned aviation industry and has trained and mentored many of these individuals to become licensed remote pilots. 

His work as Legislative Chairman for the North Central Texas Council of Governments and a committee member of the Texas TDEM UAS Task Force in engaging politicians, government officials, large businesses, and educational institutions in developing their Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) policies and procedures helps change UAS regulations in Texas. Michael is a senior member of the Texas Civil Air Patrol (CAP), and a member of the CAP National UAS Rescue Team supporting FEMA Blue IST and Civil Air Patrol Rescue Missions. He also has an interest in the emerging field of Forensic GISc and the applications of spatial statistics to crime, social, and economic neighborhood disadvantages. Finally, he started several projects that focus on machine learning and spatial-temporal changes in urban areas and hierarchical spatial models for social and economic inequality.
