John Avery is the  Director of the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC), is a serial entrepreneur with two successful exits. A hands-on innovation and technology leader with broad experience in both large and small companies and part of four startups, John holds six patents and has broad experience in data and wireless voice technologies. Prior to joining ATDC, he was engineering group manager of Panasonic Automotive Systems’ Panasonic Innovation Center at the Georgia Tech campus. At Panasonic, John oversaw the innovation center’s development projects in next-generation automotive systems including, infotainment, bio-sensing, machine vision, deep learning, and heads-up displays. He was co-founder and chief technology officer of Convergence Corp., a maker of software that connects wireless devices to the Internet. John later joined Amazon as engineering manager after the tech giant acquired Convergence in 1999. In 2001, John became an early employee of Mobliss, a mobile applications and messaging solutions company in the entertainment space. Japan’s Index Corp., a developer of mobile phone content and information and other media services such as video on demand, acquired Mobliss in 2004. Dawn M.K. Zoldi (Colonel, United States Air Force Retired) is a licensed attorney, an U.S. Air Force veteran and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of P3 Tech Consulting, connecting people who have a passion for advanced tech platforms with the plans, programs, policies and information they need to succeed. Ms. Zoldi was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1992 and commissioned through direct appointment in the Air Force in July 1993. In her almost 25 years of active duty as a member of the Judge Advocate General’s Corps as a military attorney, she performed a myriad of duties at various command echelons in the continental U.S. and deployed forward. Upon retirement from active duty in 2018, she spent two years with the Office of the Air Force General Counsel as the Business Matters Attorney for the U.S. Air Force Academy and an additional one on faculty as the Deputy Director of the Academy’s Center for Character and Leadership Development.  She is an internationally recognized expert on unmanned aircraft systems and advanced air mobility law and policy and a recipient of the Woman to Watch in UAS (Leadership) Award 2019. Jim Sherman is the Director of Strategic Development at the Vertical Flight Society (VFS), in May 2019, he is responsible for setting and executing the Society’s strategy for promoting membership development and growth. Jim in particular is responsible for supporting the development of the "Electric VTOL Revolution" and expanding the Society’s membership in this fast-growing market segment. Jim worked for SAE International for more than 8 years as the lead event developer for aerospace and automotive technology, including AeroTech, Convergence, Aerospace Systems and Technology Conference (ASTC), International Powered Lift Conference (IPLC), and the Connect2Car program at CES. He also led many other strategic programs that coordinated SAE Aerospace activities. Prior to SAE, Jim worked at BAE Systems in Johnson City, New York (now Endicott) for 15 years as a project engineer leading programs targeted at military ground vehicle power systems, hybrid-electric drive for heavy-duty vehicles (transit buses, class 5/6 trucks). As an individual contributor earlier in his career, he developed flight and engine controls, and systems/software test protocols for the V-22, C-17, F-18, Saab 2000, T700, GE90 and CFM56. Ray Adams is the Executive Director of the Urban Low Altitude Transport Association (ULTRA), he brings over 30 years of aviation experience in air traffic management in the New York City metropolitan area in both the terminal and enroute environments. Working in some of the busiest, complex facilities in the world, he has a large base of knowledge and experience in air transport operations. Through his work with the Federal Aviation Administration, Ray has become a subject matter expert in the development and deployment of a number of aviation modernization systems, ranging from data-link communications to enhanced GPS navigation systems and traffic flow management. Dennis Muilenburg is the owner, president and chief executive officer of DAM CyFly Consulting, LLC, launched in 2020. Most recently at The Boeing Company, Muilenburg served as president from December 2013 to December 2019, as CEO from July 2015 to December 2019, and as chairman of the board from March 2016 to October 2019. Until July 2015, he served as vice chairman, president and chief operating officer of Boeing, where he led the company's aerospace business operations and focused on specific growth enablers, including important global relationships, supply chain development, leadership initiatives and program performance. Before that, he served as president and CEO of Boeing Defense, Space & Security, serving United States and global defense, government, and commercial customers. Starting at the company as an engineering intern in 1985, his multi-decade experience spanned every sector of Boeing’s global customer base and operations. Previously, Muilenburg served as a member of the Caterpillar board of directors (2011-2020), chairman of the Aerospace Industries Association board of governors, an executive committee member of the Business Roundtable, a member of the National Space Council’s User Advisory Group, a member of the U.S.-China Business Council, and a member of the Washington University board of trustees. Currently, he is a member of the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation board of directors, the FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science & Technology) board of directors, the National World War II Museum board of trustees, and the Northwestern University board of trustees. He also serves as chairman of the board for Biblical Business Training, a member of The CEO Forum board of directors, and a member of the African Vision of Hope board of directors. A native of Iowa, Muilenburg earned a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering and an honorary doctor of science degree from Iowa State University, as well as a master's degree in aeronautics and astronautics from the University of Washington. He is a fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Royal Aeronautical Society, and a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

Michael Hill is the founder of Cumulus Technologies a UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) consulting company, Michael has become one of the top experts in the areas of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and their industrial applications, Urban Air Mobility (UAM) and their integration as well as helping develop Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) protocols for our National Airspace (NAS). An FAA Part 107 UAS Pilot accumulating over 2,100+ hours of flight time, within 2,500+ incident-free missions flown as Pilot-in-Command, Michael has earned certifications from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA 30) and has achieved the highest level of UAS safety certifications, Pro Level III, from the Unmanned Safety Institute (USI).  Michael’s experience includes using UAS technology for aerial mapping, telecom inspections, wind turbine inspections, oil & gas inspections, thermal Imaging, critical infrastructure inspections, search and recovery, television work as well as industrial progress videos. Michael holds several board positions with technology, aviation, and UAS organizations and regularly speaks at community and industry events on the advancement of technology in the unmanned aviation industry. Serving as a UAS Consultant to companies on integrating UAV, "Drones" into their respective industries, he has helped develop safety training curriculum for workforce development within several organizations and school districts around the country. Michael has introduced high school students, community members, business leaders, and organizations to the unmanned aviation industry and has trained and mentored many of these individuals to become licensed remote pilots.  His work as Legislative Chairman for the North Central Texas Council of Governments and a committee member of the Texas TDEM UAS Task Force in engaging politicians, government officials, large businesses, and educational institutions in developing their Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) policies and procedures helps change UAS regulations in Texas. Michael is a senior member of the Texas Civil Air Patrol (CAP), and a member of the CAP National UAS Rescue Team supporting FEMA Blue IST and Civil Air Patrol Rescue Missions. Law Enforcement officers, Brian Leventhal, NC State Trooper and Travis Quimby, Retired Officer and UAS Operations Lead  Brian Leventhal has spent the past 20 years in public service as a  law enforcement officer in North Carolina.  For the last 14 years, Brian  has served as a State Trooper with the North Carolina State Highway  Patrol. In 2013, Brian transferred to the Highway Patrol’s Crash  Reconstruction Unit. While on this assignment, Brian received his Part  107 Remote Pilot license and helped to create the UAS program for the  Highway Patrol with the focus of using unmanned aerial vehicles to map  crash scenes, and provide disaster response. Brian frequently participates in the UAS community as a remote  pilot, conference presenter and panelist, and a subject matter expert in  program implementation and development of Unmanned Aerial Systems in  Government and Public Safety Agencies, using UAV’s for Crash & Crime  Scene Mapping, and Disaster Response using UAV’s. Travis Quimby is a Retired Police Sergeant with over 16 years of law  enforcement experience.  Travis specializes in accident reconstruction  and unmanned aerial systems for public safety.  Travis has a proven track record for training hundreds of public safety professionals on the FAA rules and regulations as well as flight training.  Travis is well known for his ethics and integrity to protect public safety professionals and the communities they serve.
