Listen talk about hard work no one works harder than Adrian, he had five jobs at one point okay. Mr Mompoint man works hard. What I learned in this podcast is that he saw hard work growing up so it became engrained in him that if you want anything out of life you work hard for it.... and it shows. His career is only elevating as the years go on him not only in Plus Model and acting as well which is another one of his passions so I hope that you are enjoy this interview as much as I did.

When I talk about commitment I don’t just mean it for y’all. I mean it for myself too as you are listening to this interview you will notice that I sound funny. That’s because literally I just had two teeth pulled hours prior to coming to this interview. However I’m so committed to recording 52 episodes this year that not even getting my teeth pulled and me in pain was going to get me to not show up.

Not to mention Jeff was such an amazing sport at the fact that the last time we tried to interview I was having computer issues that did not allow me to log on and he had to leave. So I decided that come hell or High water I was showing up for this interview with Jeff.

Jeff drops so many gems that I’m going to have at least 4 to 5 soundbites. He was just so impactful in the information he was giving out so freely about how he decided to take life and 10x it.

I cannot wait for you all to dive into this interview. I wanna know how you’ll felt about it because I was blown away interviewing him. So I can only image what it felt like listening to him.

This week on of the XL Tribesmen podcast. We sat down with London James to have an interview about his brand called Food Is Bae. It's a weekly series that he put out on his YouTube channel when he goes around to different restaurants around city of Atlanta and review restaurants. Some times its Atlantas best kept secrets and others its very well know Atlanta staples. In this interview we learned London is from Ohio. It was there he and his father would try very eclectic restaurants and some on them the people didn't even speak English. It was there that London first began his love food.

This meeting of Jarelle Wilson was right on time. I have been on a health and wellness journey and yoga presented itself as an option for me because I am I just don’t wanna work out and shit.

I don’t wanna be in the gym lifting weights and I won’t be on the treadmill running I don’t want to be on the elliptical I don’t wanna do squats I don’t want to do that shit so in honor of not wanting to do any of that shit I was like well let’s try to find other forms of exercise that I can stretch become more limber and eventually become stronger because really what I want become stronger.

You know In case a ish try something, I’m kidding I’m kidding I’m kidding kidding I’m kidding but I’m not. I was like a big guy that does yoga I have to interview him so of course I reached out to him and he was like yes I’m down. It’s interesting I’m editing the podcast for one of the other productions that I’ve run Holy Smokes and on this podcast they had named are one of the host the blueprint.  I’m gonna call that alignment because the title of today’s podcast is the blueprint starts with me.

On this weeks XL Tribesmen  Podcast I have none other than Lonzo or big Zoe as he wants to be called on the podcast today.

As I. was strolling through I read a tweet talking about  he really wanted to become a Big & Tall Model so of course I saw it and was like you got to get on the podcast.

In this week's episode of the XL Tribesmen podcast, I got an opportunity to interview Eric "Polymath" Wallace. We really talked about what a polymath is because I don’t even know. Learn something new every day. We talked about a lot of his different talents he’s an actor, he’s played three sports, he’s a photographer, and he’s a model.  

Eric literally embodies the word polymath so we dive into this in the interview. Eric & I talked about some of his work both on and off the camera. This idea was birthed out of wanting to share more of the process in this entrepreneurship. Me & Ivan generally have chat for hours about all aspect of enterpreship from CRM systems, taxes how to promote your business and everything in-between.  So we recorded a four part episode where we sat down and just take about the journey of his business. 

Its been five months since the last episode and It wasn't until the last update episode I had that I realize what it was that was holding me back from recording new content just for the podcast. I didn't wanna talk about just fashion anymore and for the longest time I just keep looking at the mic and the mic was looking back like is he gonna use me or Nah.
