In our pursuit, who are the people we sometimes leave behind? especially when they should be the REASON we train, how do we protect the things we love the most, before its too late.
Mr.Judge Golden God
It's hard to explain anything to someone who knows it all! When opinion's become reality, especially about other peoples pursuit of the same quarry!

“The Martial Arts Muse” Jennifer Thomson Sensei part 1 of 3
Part 1 of 3: Jennifer Thompson Sensei is a great example of the Multi Disciplined approach to Martial Arts, she gives her thoughts on her journey thus far, people who inspire the journey and her personal approach to partner training. She describes herself as eclectic, which has to some a negative connotation "jack of all trades master of none" but its clear there is a common sense approach and a lot of good old fashioned hard work that goes into making this great martial Artist. "Practice earnestly" Shihan Penny Cheketrei part 1 of 3
Penny Cheketrei Shihan, an impeccable Martial Arts Lineage which began as a teenager in her native South Africa with who many would call legends of Shotokan Karate. Eventually her path led her to train with the great Chinen Teruo Sensei in his Jundokan International organisation and eventually with Nakamoto Kiichi Hanshi, a master of Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate & Kobujutsu with whom she visit’s and trains regularly. She is also a member of the Dentokan Organisation under Hanshi Neil Malapas. Her constant striving and curiosity provide a counter point to her own hard won skill and ability and as a qualified School Teacher she brings a well spring experience to her students and the Martial Arts community as a whole.
