Kristine Weber, MA, C-IAYT, eRYT500 is a leading world authority on the neuroscientific benefits of slow, mindful movement and an advocate for the use of these practices as a solution to the healthcare crisis. They expressed interest in exploring the intersection of neuroscience and these ethical concepts in future conversations
