Pauline Elloso - REST + RESTORATION *SPECIAL EGGISODE*
It's been quite some eggies! We're back with a one off audio AND visual episode with our friend Pauline Elloso. It's been a long time coming and we're so lucky to have a kōrero with one of the most humble and grounded human being about resting and restoring ourselves. We talk about ways we individually rest, as an empath how do you self-care, and ways we restore creativity.
