More and more people are moving towards the option of streaming movies and shows from their own comfort. This means we could see more people cutting costs and time from going in and out of cinemas. Ster-kinekor recently launched their pay per month service which allows movie lovers to subscribe to unlimited movies for a certain fee.  

While we see both industries evolving, we cannot disregard the high rise and growth of streaming services which most of them end up getting the same movies we see in cinemas a month later.
