God's been whispering His love through story since the beginning of time. Adam and Eve, Noah, Moses (to name but a few!) Some of the most memorable people in God's storybook came alive as we saw the world through their eyes, thanks to the power of their stories.
But God's story didn't finish with the bible! Back then, God shared His love, wisdom and encouragement through the day to day stories of ordinary women and men - and He's still doing the same today.
Sharing the stories God whispers - from His heart to mine. Spoiler alert: It's all about love!
Today's episode of the podcast is inspired by my daughter's bunny rabbit! 😂 Thanks to Holy Spirit (yay God!) we're exploring growth mindset versus fixed mindset, our God-given ability to create change thanks to the power of our minds.
We're also considering how this applies to you and your day to day conversations and relationship with God.
Plus the reminder that you never need to explore any of this on your own. In the Itchy Soul Playground we have community, training and encouragement for less than £1 per day - and I would LOVE for you to come and join us! 🥰 Youier.com/join to find out more and claim your seat!
Today's Heaven And El episode is a celebration of Star Wars Day - with a difference! Today we consider our amazing minds and the love and graciousness of God to work with our minds, no matter where we're at in our relationship with Him in that moment.
And when you're ready to go deeper, to really explore all that God has for you, I would LOVE to help you! You were never called to try and figure this all out on your own! Youier.com/join to find out more what that might look like!
And in the meantime, wishing you a delightful day!
Much love, El xox
Welcome back to a brand new season of the podcast! Every weekday morning I'll be sharing stories of God's love, heaven invading earth in the very best way possible, because it's time for a revival of love, God's love, and a new awareness of just how loved by God you've always been!
We start today by exploring expectations. Your expectations literally change how you experience life, it's how your mind is wired and you have the ability to change your day to day life, simply by tweaking some of the thought patterns you play with.
Also in this episode, we consider what it might look like if God was never "out of context" and we end with a personal invitation.
I'm excited to share this and future stories with you and if you enjoy these and are ready to go deeper in community, the Itchy Soul Playground has a seat with your name on it! Youier.com/join to find out more and join us. I can't wait to show you around!
In this, the final episode of the Youier podcast for this season, we're going to be exploring what it looks like as you work through the nudges you hear from God.
Plus, what do you when something you hear contradicts a word given to you by someone else? Did you hear wrong? Did they?!? Or is there something else going on?
And, at the end of today's episode I'll be sharing a couple of quick updates about an upcoming masterclass plus the brand new short-form podcast, Sam Says.
In this episode of the podcast, we're exploring trust because as much as we might talk about God's love, if we don't ultimately feel like He's got our backs no matter what, it's impossible to really step into life with Him.
We're going to be exploring questions, your picture of God, plus you're going to hear me share our Itchy Soul Playground theme for March.
To which end, if you enjoy this and are ready to go deeper in community, I'd invite you to join the Itchy Soul Playground. Youier.com/join to find out more and join us.
Today's episode of the podcast is for those times when you feel like you're trying to carry a million things in your head and it's simply all too much.
Angst, overwhelm or frustration, if any of those feel like your companion today, this episode is for you because God is inviting you into a different story.
And if enjoy this and you'd like more from God's heart, consider this your invitation to signup for the free "Heaven & El" stories (https://youier.com/heavenandel/) where we're encountering God's heart, one little story at a time.
In this episode of the podcast we're going to explore the idea that God is speaking to you through all things - experiences, objects, other people - and sometimes hearing God is as simple as pausing and asking Him what He's saying.
And remember, if enjoy this and you're ready to start exploring the story God has for your life, stepping up and being who He made you to be (Youier!) I'd invite you to join us in the Itchy Soul Playground. Youier.com/join to find out more and join us.
In this episode of the podcast we're celebrating love! Every healthy, pure expression of love is a reflection of God. The way we instinctively care for others is a whisper of God reaching out to you in love.
All of creation reveals His love and that's what we'll be exploring together in this episode. I can't wait to share that celebration of love with you!
And remember, if you're ready to explore God's love for you in community, come and join us in the Itchy Soul Playground: Youier.com/join
In today's episode of the podcast we're going to be exploring how you hear from God. Notice we didn't say "if" you hear from God because God wants to be known by you.
Do you expect to hear from God? What if He's always speaking? Spoiler alert: You will find him when you seek Him. #justsaying
Plus a reminder that if you're not already a member of the Itchy Soul Playground, I'd love for you to come and join us! https://youier.com/join
In today's episode of the podcast, we're exploring how the way we approach things in life impact our experiences - and how much they help us smile.
Plus a reminder of God's love for you.
And an invitation to come and join us in the Playground: Youier.com/join
Today's episode of the podcast is really a conversation starter, one that I'm excited to share with you because our understanding of God and His love is directly related to how much we really can trust Him.
And for so many of us, we grew up with a somewhat skewed understanding of how God wants to be known.
It's not your fault, it's not the fault of the church you might have grown up in. I genuinely believe people did and do the very best that they can. But it's time to open ourselves up to the possibility that God is about more than the all-powerful, untouchable God we often sing songs about.
Yes, He is all-powerful but what if that is not how He wants to be known by you? That's what we're starting to explore in today's episode.

In today's episode, we're digging into three words that have historically been very popular in the church, where the words have come from and, most importantly, what God reveals about Himself to us in the bible. Hint: It's all about love! 🥰 💖

Today's episode expands on what we started thinking about in today's Holy Spirit Love Note but it feels so crucial, I felt God nudging me to dig into it a bit more - and this episode was born!
It's time to unpack what we mean by "God loves me". It's time to make it personal and really let God love us!
And, yes, some of this is going to take "work" and conversation and community, which is where the Itchy Soul Playground comes in of course. Because you were never designed to try and play this on your own!
To which end, if you're not already a member of the Playground yet and you'd like to find out more and join us, this is the link you need to do so: ItchySoul.co
Expanding on what we started exploring in today's Holy Spirit Love Note in the Playground, this episode is, as the title suggests, all about relationship!
How the study of eschatology (end time stuff!) and salvation are NOT about figuring stuff out for the sake of winning a theological argument but are instead all about deepening your relationship with your Heavenly Papa.
And, as ever, if you enjoy this conversation starter, you're probably going to LOVE it in the Itchy Soul Playground. Find out more and join us here: ItchySoul.co
In today's episode, we're exploring the idea of God's best for your day to day life. Quite candidly, I recorded this episode a couple of weeks ago but then Holy Spirit nudged me to share something else and this one sat as "spare" for a time. Well, today is the day!
And it comes with a little bit of homework which you'll hear about at around four minutes in. (Don't worry though, it's fun!)
When you've had a play, share what you come up with in the Playground. I can't wait to hear all about it!

If it wasn't for today's Holy Spirit Love Note, I almost certainly would have chickened out in sharing what I share in this episode but, having felt that reassurance that it's okay to start this conversation, today we're digging into the amazingness of God's love!
And yes, this is another conversation starter so if you're not already a member of the Itchy Soul Playground and you'd enjoy chatting about this in our safe space here's where you can find out more and join us: ItchySoul.co
In today's episode, we're exploring where in your life God has shown His favour and, probably more importantly, what you're going to do with it.
