Heather's guest on this episode is Jo Ann Kobuke, a coach for midlife women, helping them answer the question…what’s next? Like so many women of her generation, she put herself on hold while she created a life for her family. Then, a few years ago her kids did exactly what they were supposed to do…they left the nest.
It was a bittersweet time and it led Jo Ann to examine what she wanted for her life as she watched her children launch theirs. It took some serious soul searching into who she was, what was important to her now, and where her strengths lay before she decided to become a certified coach and create her coaching business, Midlife Rewritten.
Now she works with midlife women helping them shed their self-limiting stories, believe in themselves, and overcome some of the same hurdles she experienced so they can make their long-delayed dreams a reality, now, while there’s still time.
