By Sonya and Leela
YouthSpeaks was born out of a frenzied text sent late into the hours of the night. Sonya was thrilled about the possibility of diving into the world of mental health, young people, and podcasting. Leela readily agreed, and the rest was history. YouthSpeaks focuses on self care, global issues, nuanced topics, and with our acclaimed guest speakers, our passion continues to grow. Tune in with Sonya and Leela for advice, comfort, and a (virtual) shoulder to cry on!
