I also cover the Best of the Rest, (other stories that go in the Stater). This week on Best of the Rest, I talked about the snow removal in Wayne, the recent Loup City flooding and I previewed the men's baseball and women's softball seasons. Of course, I started with a 40-second tribute to Kobe Bryant, a legend of the NBA who lost his life too soon. RIP Mamba. I hope you all enjoy Sounds of the Stater (SOS) #2!
