The edtech industry continues to emerge and with the rise in demand the mobile app and software industry symmetrically rose as well. Today, I had the opportunity to interview Amin Shaykho, the CEO of Kadama, and we talked about the rise of Kadama from a high school and university project to being a Top 10 Education App on the App Store. The app allows  you to find a tutor you trust. Anywhere. Anytime. Amin and his team are making tutoring and educational support accessible to everyone.

In this episode we jammed out about the future of Kadama, how to find the balance between work and fun, and the recipe to building a sustainable life.

Kristina Naydonova on Writing, Living, and Succeeding.

Welcome to the first guest episode in a while. Today I had the opportunity to talk to Kristina Naydonova, a published author at the age of 8. She’s currently 12 years old and one of the most interesting parts of our conversation was her early and emerging interest in reading and writing. I was impressed by her ability to execute a simple hobby of writing in a book that continues to be taught in classrooms and has generated buzz across the country.

Before we get into the exciting episode, I wanted to discuss my newsletter briefly. I’m currently publishing podcast episodes, articles, pursuing other projects, and discussing some incredible opportunities on my newsletter. ZChat: I Am Getting Tired

Woah, woah, why is Zayn getting tired? In this episode, I talked all about work-life balance and what you can do to maintain it within your life. From unplugging at the right times to practicing self-care, I covered a few strategies in this ZChat episode. Sometimes it's about working smarter, as opposed to harder and in doing so the output is reduced. Take care of yourselves, prioritize health, and most importantly remember the see-saw.

LifeNLight President and COO Easton Lamos on Building a People-Centric Culture/Company

LifeNLight President and COO Easton Lamos on Building a People-Centric Culture/Company

Wow, wow, wow. HUGE episode all about P2P relations and the steps that were taken by LifeNLight to direct them to where they are now. From a team of two and simply an idea to continuing to grow and becoming one of the best creative companies in the state of Washington the strategies were laid out in this episode, one by one. It takes more than a team, but a family, a group of people dedicated to furthering the mission. One of my favorite topics was work-life balance; too often we neglect our bodies to focus on other things such as consistent productivity, when in reality, it’s not possible. Take some time for yourself today and continue building a Foundation you are proud of!
