CEO of Kadama - Amin Shaykho on Building a Sustainable Company + Developing Life Frameworks That Stick
The edtech industry continues to emerge and with the rise in demand the mobile app and software industry symmetrically rose as well. Today, I had the opportunity to interview Amin Shaykho, the CEO of Kadama, and we talked about the rise of Kadama from a high school and university project to being a Top 10 Education App on the App Store. Kadama currently has over 200K downloads and 1.3 M followers on TikTok and Instagram.
The app allows you to find a tutor you trust. Anywhere. Anytime. Amin and his team are making tutoring and educational support accessible to everyone.
In this episode we jammed out about the future of Kadama, how to find the balance between work and fun, and the recipe to building a sustainable life.

Entrepreneurial Journeys with Help LLC - Part 2
In this episode I had the opportunity to sit down with my co-founders at Help LLC. 15+ months into our journey, we wanted to take this opportunity to reflect on everything we've done and look forward to continuing the business.
The third episode of this podcast was a recording with the team at Help LLC. A company I co-founded alongside four of my friends in June of 2019.
As a tribute to the company's belated one year anniversary and a celebration of the progress + growth made, we decided to hop on another call and discuss everything we did as a company. From the early stages to where we were in November and the progress to come.
It’s always a great time with the guys but more importantly, I hope you extract as much value from this conversation as possible.
We talked about what it’s like to be a teen entrepreneur, the biggest lessons we’ve learned working with the company, how we generated our idea, and the resources we recommend for other companies.
My focal takeaway from the conversation was the culmination of lightheartedness and productivity, two things that lead to our company culture.
Hope you enjoy the episode and check us out @realhelpllc on Instagram.

Kristina Naydonova on Writing, Living, and Succeeding.
Welcome to the first guest episode in a while. Today I had the opportunity to talk to Kristina Naydonova, a published author at the age of 8. She’s currently 12 years old and one of the most interesting parts of our conversation was her early and emerging interest in reading and writing. I was impressed by her ability to execute a simple hobby of writing in a book that continues to be taught in classrooms and has generated buzz across the country.
Before we get into the exciting episode, I wanted to discuss my newsletter briefly. I’m currently publishing podcast episodes, articles, pursuing other projects, and discussing some incredible opportunities on my newsletter. I would love for you to check out the episode description with a link to zayn.substack.com where you can click the subscribe button and receive updates!

ZChat: 5 Ways To Live Longer
In this episode I discussed the brain. I mentioned 5 ways to reduce cognitive or brain aging and sustain your thinking patterns for long periods of time.
I thought of this topic when I was reading a post-interview article from Sanjay Gupta, CNN News Correspondent and American Neurosurgeon.
The article mentioned dementia and the process to slow it down and even reverse it. Take a listen and devise a plan to implement the 5 activities I mentioned to begin the process of reversing aging and keep those neurons intact for as long as possible.
