We take another dive into old time radio this week with a pretty different take on voodoo dolls. From Hall of Fantasy, we'll listen to The Dance of the Devil Dolls. Originally broadcast February 9th, 1953.

Venturing back down the old time radio rabbit hole, Rob play's an episode of 'The Creaking Door' called 'Alive in the Grave'. Originally broadcast on November 30th, 1964. It's the story of theft and premature burial... you know everyday stuff.

It's time to look at one of Halloween's most beloved traditions, Pillsbury's SPOOKY COOKIES!

Rob returns from his medically forced hiatus to just generally talk about Halloween stuff he likes. 

More signs of Halloween 2021 are being seen prompting Rob to play an episode of Quiet Please from Halloween night 1948. The story is named 'Calling All Souls', get it?

WE HAVE A CODE ORANGE, I REPEAT CODE ORANGE. HALLOWEEN MERCHANDISE IS BEING SPOTTED! In addition to Rob talking about some of the early Halloween stuff he's been seeing, he talks about some of the spooky stuff he likes from various stores each season. The best time of the year is starting up, everybody hop in your Doom Buggy and enjoy the ride! 

A sudden migraine inspires Rob to revisit an older episode of the show that many haven't heard. The plastic vampire fang, one of Halloween's most hallowed traditions. 

Rob talks about the newest early peaks of Halloween merchandise hitting stores. Then we listen to an episode of Weird Circle called "The Doll". Originally airing on November 10 1944, it's a story of an evil doll that's a little different than others.

Things are starting to get spooky as Rob talks about the first inklings of the Halloween season that he's found locally. Then we listen to an episode of Inner Sanctum from 10/31/1949 called 'A Corpse For Halloween'. It may be hot outside, but it's a brisk autumn day in our minds!

Summer is beginning, which will be leading into our favorite time of year. This week, Rob talks about where the first glimpses of Halloween at retail stores will be this summer. Sure, we're all sitting around the swimming pool, but we all have pumpkins on our mind.

Memorial Day weekend is approaching and summer is starting up! As the prelude to Halloween, summer indeed is a spooky season. In the spirit of those scary stories soon to be told around a camp fire, we're listening to an episode of 'The Witches Tale' from March 6th 1933 called 'Graveyard Mansion'. 

We're halfway into May and what to be for Halloween is obviously on our  minds. This week Rob talks one of Halloween's most popular costumes, or  as he calls it, THE Halloween costume. You've been it more than once and  so has everybody else. That's right, a robe with make-up on your face.  Probably one color with another color around your eyes. It's as part of  Halloween as pumpkins and plastic fangs.

Sometimes you  don't wear a costume on Halloween. Perhaps a t shirt that has a pumpkin  or a monster on it instead. Maybe one of these light up necklaces. This  week Rob takes a look at some of the seasonal stuff we wear in place of a  costume. Or as your shirt may say, 'This IS my costume'.

The old saying 'Happy Wife, Happy Life' rings true in this tale of a man in an unconventional marriage to a witch. This week we listen to "Don't tell me about Halloween" from a 'Quiet Please' episode that originally aired October 27th 1947 as Rob deals with the side effects of his second vaccination shot.

A scary movie is a great way to have some spooky fun any time of the year. Though if you've caught yourself yelling 'what are you doing?' at the TV... your not alone. This week, Rob talks some of the silliness used to combat Freddy Krueger. Because seriously, a Dungeon Master? 

It's April Fools Day and a good of a time to talk about something that most people think is a hoax. This week, Rob takes a little time to look at the Amityville Horror. Once the scene of a horrific mass murder then later became one of the most famous haunted houses in the world. 

Everyday is Halloween, but the spooky season starts officially when? Rob talks about the spookiness of summer and how it's actually the start of the Halloween season. 

Going trick or treating is a great time, but let's face it. There's a thing or two that'll really get under your skin while your out and about. Rob goes over a few of his whilst talking the basics of tricks or treats...*sigh*

Every neighborhood has a haunted house, but what if a Satanic guy also lived there? This week, Rob revisits the neighborhood that Suicide Hill was located in and talks about it's other place of horror. The haunted house that a Satanic guy lived in.

Like pumpkins and spider webs, nothing say's Halloween as much as a pair of plastic vampire fangs. This week, Rob talks about the holiday stand by and it's many uses. 

We've all heard an urban legend or two that's given us the spooks. This week, Rob talks about one from his childhood called Suicide Hill and the adventure to it's location one spring day.

There are many, many, many dangers associated with trick or treating. So many that the topic of safety is as much a part of Halloween as plastic fangs. This week, Rob talks about the importance of flashlights and reflective tape. 

From The Amityville Horror to Pet Sematary, ancient burial grounds have long been the cause of haunted houses in popular fiction. Rob talks about the graveyards he grew up around that are now the site of newly built homes.
