I offer the big mysterious secret behind why Slimming World can and does work (for some people). I chat a little bit about the role of support and social accountability when it comes to weight loss, and why ultimately, at best, Slimming World should be used as a stepping stone on your journey (cliche, I know) to looking, moving and feeling better.
