World Radio Day is celebrated on 13th February every year to raise awareness about the importance of Radio. This year IPURadio dedicate the day to Ameen Sayaani, a renowned radio announcer with sweetest voice.
13 February is also celebrated as the birth anniversary of 'Nightingale of India' - Sarojini Naidu. On this day, IPURadio honours her commitments to India's freedom movement.

Special Program on National Youth Day
Swami Vivekananda's life and teachings have encouraged millions across the world. In 1985, the Government of India declared Swami Vivekananda's birthday – January 12 - as National Youth Day in honour of the great philosopher and monk. Since 1985, this day is celebrated as National Youth Day all over India.
