Script Reads Ep 1: The First Born Son (R.2021)

Halloween the reboot, was released in 2007, and was written and directed by Rob Zombie, though inspired by John Carpenter’s characters. It stars Scout Taylor-Compton, Malcolm McDowell, Tyler Mane, and Brad Dourif.
1978 story – 15 years following killing his sister at the age of six, on Halloween night in 1963, Michael Myers escapes from a mental hospital and returns to Haddonfield, IL to kill again.
2007 – The story for 2007 was about the same except that we get a little more back story about Michael Myers as a child, looking at the day of Halloween and the events that led up to the killing.

RFR Update
There are new things coming to REEL Film Reviewed! This brief update details the change to the new format beginning with the next episode.
- I will continue the short, spoiler free review for the first part of the episodes, roughly the first 5-10 minutes will be spoiler free
- I will complete the spoiler free review then give a warning for those that do not wish to hear spoilers to drop off
- I will continue the episode with a more detailed analysis and dissection of the film
- The episode notes will detail the start and stop points for the "spoiler free" and the "may include spoilers" sections
- REEL Film Reviewed now has an online store! (Ask about FREE stickers)
This update to the format was always the plan, but I wanted to ensure everything was set up as best as possible, to ensure I continue to bring you quality, listening entertainment.
